The problem is, eventually you want to sleep, and you keep getting boners at the slightest provocation, so you don't sleep very well and you're very tired the next day. To illustrate what I mean, I point out that I have had an unused vial of the stuff for a couple of years. And I've learned that the time that it takes to "kick in" varies widely (for me, from 4 to 8 hours). That makes it very difficult to use, unless you want to risk popping one in public.
