Viagra or Cialis ?

Recommended Posts

Anyone use marijuana? Some guys swear by it. I tried it several times, and while it can get you horny, it's really hard to get off. At least for me.

Marijuana is hit or miss for me. I find a very few strains are great, make you all warm, horny and concentrates the sensations, some give me serious limp dick syndrome. But often when I go back and try the same strain which got me off the first time the second result usually varies. I've never tried mixing with Viagra, so that might be a way to circumvent that issue. I've tried those vape pot pens from dosist and find most are too strong for me even labelled "arouse", "bliss" or something like that.

I've mixed viagra with weed without consequences but I would also say that buying a weed strain is also a hit or miss unless you are an expert or you have a good dealer. I've seen many escorts using weed as a way to enhance their moods during the service without the need of using anything else and there is a difference. I would say that different from us clients, weed is the herbal viagra for young men that don't suffer from ED, but then if they are hired for multiple hours I think some of them have used the blue pill (without disclosure). I have also had long sessions mixing weed, viagra, alcohol, coke and poppers, the last two at very moderated doses and it was great. I did more poppers and coke than the top, he did a half-inch line and 2 puffs of poppers through the entire session. Hot AF.

Curious if anyone can link to, or even knows anecdotally, of an instance where mixing vasodilators (such as Viagra) and poppers resulted in a medical crisis. The warning has always been there, but I've never heard of it actually happening IRL, and it always seems to be rather hypothetical. But just because I've never heard of it doesn't mean it doesn't happen, hence my question.

Those warning were widespread when Viagra first went on the market around 2000. That's medieval history on the internet. The warning still appears as a contraindication in Wikipedia's Viagra write-up.

This is basic biochemistry. It isn't anecdote. Erectile Dysfunction medications and poppers affect cardiovascular dilation. When combined they can cause all sorts of side effects including a serious drop in blood pressure. Even a healthy human male can die if the variables line up. Every human male who wants to take an ED medication should talk to their doctor about it. During that conversation, ask the doctor about poppers. Why? Because there are many variables and presumably the doctor knows the specific issues and can best advise on the relative risks.

A "low dose" daily strategy works well for me for Cialis and generic. Dissolve pills in a measured amount of non-acidic juice (like apple) and keep in refrigerator. Take a measured amount of the juice daily. (ie, 1x20mg dissolved in 4oz juice = 4 daily 1oz doses). The extended effect of each dose means they overlap to always keep me good to go.

The low dose strategy also works very well for me: I take 1.25 mg Tadalafil (generic Cialis) daily (half a 2.5 mg tablet).

Even though it is science-based it is possible that it is a largely theoretical concern. I have read about the science, but I too haven't heard of any instances where theory has become reality.

I'm not sure if we've reached a point in the topic where people are still responding to the original question or the thread has taken a life of its own, but...

I prefer Cialis over Viagra, but I use generics for both. Levitra is another drug I use. I don't know if I'm some weird monkey about these drugs, but they act on me very fast. Viagra feels like it takes, at most, 10 minutes to act, and Cialis takes about 45 minutes.

Cialis' effect increases in potency for about two to three hours before it reaches a maximum effect then degrades quickly to a stable medium strength for as much as 48 hours.

Viagra lasts for, at most, 6 hours, but follows a much stricter peak->valley effect. After about 10 minutes, I'm getting hard at the drop of a hat (or a stiff breeze, thinking about something sexual - the effects are dramatic), and that persists for about 40 minutes, then steadily decreases in effect until I can't feel the effects anymore.

Viagra causes headaches, nasal congestion, an moving from laying down to standing or reverse is a big swing in BP that requires me to sit still for a few seconds while the world chills the fuck out. Cialis only causes mild congestion and that's why it's my preferred erection drug.

I'm experimenting with taking 10 mg per day for the long haul, but with clients as they have been recently, I end up taking one 20 mg pill roughly every two days anyways.

I'm a bottom who doesn't need to cum but some tops feel accomplished when they see their bottoms cumming, so if I have a partner with that kind of chemistry/fetish I will take some viagra which delays me but it will also give me a very powerful orgasm. It is something I do on occasion so Viagra is best for me. I make sure to drink some yogurt before sex to avoid the heartburn, and 1 acetaminophen right after for the headaches and nasal congestion to go away. ?

I haven't seen many, but I remember the 3 gay men who died back in the late 90s, which was possibly part of why Pfizer issued their recommendation to not use viagra and poppers at the same time.

I haven't looked into it in a long time, but there were 3 gay men in Southern California who died while on viagra, poppers, and crystal. I believe that's what led Pfizer to strongly discourage viagra and poppers being used together. And protease inhibitors were also a concern back then. And studies consistently show high STD/STI risk for gay men on viagra and/or poppers simply because they're more sexually active and more likely to take risks. But, yes, the viagra/popper risk is likely small for most people. Regardless, someone with a heart condition should know the risks, so they should talk to their doctor about any drugs they take. "Chemsex" as some call it, needs to be much better studied and understood so better recommendations can be made.

No one has mentioned Stendra? Lasts longer than Viagra, more like Levitra, without the side effects. No body has had it precsribed for them? For me, it works as well as the others without the back or stomachache. Not cheap however!

Avanafil, generic Stendra, is another ED med that may help. People should be talking to their doctors because there are multiple ED treatment options and they have subtly different effects on different people. In other words, some people will be affected differently and can benefit more or less from one ED med compared to another. Please also discuss popper use as they are generally contraindicated (not advised) because of dangerous and even potentially fatal interactions.

Are the Indian pharmacies operating in the pandemic? Has anyone tried them recently?

The one I usually use pulled down their payment page when they couldn't make shipments. I tried a different one, but they failed to deliver. Luckily, my favourite outlet was able to start shipping again, and I got my order fast.

I order a prescription not available in the US (Motilium) through this international pharmacy.

They appear to have Cialis and Viagra. I haven't ordered them. I tried Viagra twice and my headache was HUGE each time, so I'm reluctant to try it again or Cialis. But, I can vouch for this being a reliable international pharmacy:
