I’m curious about the community’s experiences with different hospitality styles across the board.

When booking with younger vs. more seasoned providers, or guys from different cultural backgrounds, what differences have you noticed in how they run their sessions? I'm talking about the general atmosphere things like warmth, communication, pacing, and how they make you feel when you walk through the door.

Do you find yourself gravitating toward certain demographics because of a specific "vibe" they provide, or is the connection purely about individual chemistry for you? Would love to hear your thoughts on how these dynamics play out.

I generally lean toward older escorts and by older I mean over 35 and into the 50s.  Those guys seem more open to some of the more unusual aspects I like in an encounter.  They pretty much have seen it all and done most of it, though surprisingly, I have introduced several to some not so kink and they claim to not have done that before.  These men are mostly muscular and have been hired as tops or for worship but were willing, or persuadable, to have penetration with various and sundry things.  At least three of these big muscle guys claimed that they did not do this type of activity not out of unwillingness, but because no one had really pursued them.

Recently some Latino men, who also were initially reluctant to play in this manner have come to learn the joys that can be found in a finger tip, a thumb and in some cases, much more.

I have found younger men less amenable to leaving their comfort zone.  I think this is probably not the overall experience of the men here, but it is mine.

Hot is hot.... Lately in life as technology changed the world, I've started to appreciate older guys more likely to have their shit together when it comes to making plans, showing up on time, no ADHD, engaging, no drama, appreciative, etc

I've noticed a lot of Latino providers indicate in their RM profiles that they are bisexual. But then also say they're into kissing.

The kissing isn't as deep as one might expect, however. But then they've already said they're bisexual, so who can complain?

Holy shit, you got that right, man! The younger guys might be amazing to look at and might feel so good under my hand and on my tongue. But, yeah, with maturity comes wisdom and confidence and certain skills the young guys might not yet possess. Certainly less hang-ups about weight and appearance - for either of us - in my experience. As always, your mileage may vary.

Agreed!

We hire (among other reasons) to avoid spending time in the apps, etc., and yet sometimes making plans withe folks under 30ish feels like planning D Day... Obviously there are exceptions, unfortunately this trend used to affect folks under 25 but lately I've dealt with teenagers who are in their late 30s.

I have no problem understanding where they are and what they need.   But overall, I’m looking for the provider to migrate more toward my needs and not vice versa

Great topic and I certainly don't want to overthink it or moralize, but I've found that hiring escorts by age, culture, background, or whatever convenient little box I've invented is a pretty unsuccessful way to predict who I'm actually going to vibe with.

I suspect we've all hired someone much younger and thought, “Damn, where have YOU been all my life?” — and then met someone our own age, from practically the same background, and spent the next 20 minutes wondering whether faking a sudden plumbing emergency would be believable.

I’ve had some fantastic experiences with guys I supposedly had absolutely NOTHING in common with. Different age, different education, different culture, different life experiences — and somehow the chemistry was instant (yes, happened recently in Indy). Meanwhile, I've met guys whose RM profiles checked every damn box and whose photos had me practically licking the screen... only to discover in person that they had all the personality of a damp washcloth. A very attractive damp washcloth, perhaps, but still a damp washcloth.

Age isn't a personality. Culture isn't a personality. Education isn't a personality. And sharing the same demographic boxes doesn't mean we're going to click — in bed or out of it.

People are weird, complicated, sexy, surprising individuals. That's half the fun. Keep an open mind, give people a chance, and judge the actual guy rather than the category you've put him in. Sometimes the person you'd never expect to connect with turns out to be the one you're still smiling about the next morning.

Don't judge a book by its cover — and definitely don't judge a man by his birth year. Some vintage editions are classics, some newer releases are impossible to put down... and occasionally the gorgeous bestseller turns out to have absolutely no plot.

MEME:
“What type is my vibe?”
Hot, fun, interesting and doesn't make me check the clock.

Rentmen EXPECTATION: “His profile says we're PERFECT for each other!”
Rentmen REALITY: “Nice ass. Shame I'll never hire him again.”

Chemistry doesn't read Rentmen Profiles.

I started having sexual experiences when I was in my mid-teens, so almost all of my early sexual experience was with older men, and that permanently affected the type of male I was physically attracted to. When I started hiring in my mid-30s, I looked for men who were at least my own age or older, because I was more comfortable with them than I would have been with twinks. I wanted someone whom I could converse with as an equal--in age if in nothing else. As I got older, of course, I tended to hire men who were the same age I had been when I started hiring, so my hires in my 60s were of guys who could have been my sons, which meant we had less and less in common. I stopped hiring when I could no longer fool myself into believing that the provider was as sexually satisfied with me as I was with him.

Like you, I had my first experience at 14 with my roommate at boarding school. So maybe this explains why I always liked young ones.

I often think to quit too, but they are very good in pretending, or do they actually like being with me? 🤣

The only thing I’ve noticed is that older (over 50) guys are better than younger guys at remembering what you’ve done together before, what you like, and what you’ve talked about doing in future sessions.  Maybe they take better notes about our sessions.  I’ve had both age groups stand me up or forget I was coming so I can’t draw any definitive conclusions.
