Definition of a happy ending?

I thought a happy ending meant a hand job, but some guys tell me it could be sucking, rimming or anal that happens at the end of a session. Is there a standard meaning?

Hand job is the most common happy ending, but any orgasmic release qualifies as a happy ending when receiving a massage.

In all seriousness, a happy ending is the client being provided a climax by the masseur. I for one don't want a massage without.

I guess this puts a whole new spin on the idea of those fairy tales with a happy ending (as opposed to the Andersen ones that often did not).
