I thought a happy ending meant a hand job, but some guys tell me it could be sucking, rimming or anal that happens at the end of a session. Is there a standard meaning?

Handjob is a happy ending. Blowjob is a VERY happy ending.

Being fucked to get you to come hands-free is an extremely very happy ending.

In all seriousness, a happy ending is the client being provided a climax by the masseur. I for one don't want a massage without.

For a few clients I do a happy ‘book end’. They’re extra horny when they turn up, and it’s difficult to restrain themselves for the whole session so I give them a bj at the start, before they get on the table. I get a nice mouthful of cum to give me energy and they get a release so they can properly relax on the table and enjoy the massage. As the intensity builds they can then shoot again at the end. It’s popular for the 2 hour sessions.

I've always wanted this, but not sure how to tactfully ask.

I wouldn’t ask a licensed massage therapist!! But if he’s offering sensual or erotic massage (easy to identify) then simply ask for it. Guys that do this kind of work aren’t going to be offended! The only reason he might decline is that sometimes once a client has cum he suddenly loses interest (or all the guilt kicks in) and he wants to end the session. Of course if he’s had a happy start and then wants to end the session after 10 minutes the provider will be concerned that the client might not pay the full fee. So if you do ask for a happy start, make it clear that you’re staying the whole session after the climax or that you’ll pay the full fee regardless.

If you want to signal your appetite for a happy start non verbally a good way of doing it is to be hard as you undress. I’ve seen that and have asked the client if he’d like me to deal with it before we start? I’m rarely refused 😉

I'm pretty blunt before I hire what my definition of a happy ending is...definitely not just a hand job...but I try not to be rude...and some masseurs also advertise on Rentmen so that helps...some recoil in horror, some immediately block me, fine, but a surprising amount are OK and appreciate the candor...just be honest in a kind manner...sometimes the answer is a respectful no and sometimes I still go forward, sometimes we agree to not meet, its business folks but also the business of pleasure so it gets personal...

My feeling is that if you're expecting more than a handjob, you're expecting escort service and should expect to pay for it.

There are many different levels and definitions for happiness. In a massage setting, a masseur can decide how far he goes. There's no rule or specific standard for that.
