re: your video question......videos aren't too necessary for me and, besides, only paying Premium members can even see them.....accurate, current, and not-too-posed pictures are most important......

Not true re access to videos.  I'm not a premium member, but there are videos I can see.  Others are locked for premium members only.  I agree though that videos are not as important as accurate photos.

While, I don’t mind videos. I don’t feel they’re necessary to pique my interest.

So I’m not so sure Gold is necessary if you’re just starting out.

Do a search in your city and filter for new listings .  It would be good if you’re still showing up as a new listing.  I personally check that periodically in the cities that I visit.
