Maybe you should re-read MY comment. Your behavior is only going to make the situation worse with someone who sees you needing salvation. Personally I don't care what other people think about religion. so I smile and nod and walk away. Mission accomplished.

It seems that many people think having the last word means they have 'won'. But there doesn't have to be a 'winner'. Nor do we always have to be 'right'. I think that sometimes letting someone else have the last word is the best thing for a given situation. + Vegas_Millennial, pubic_assistance and spidir 1 2

Ah yes, the sacred art of having the last word on the internet, the true pinnacle of human achievement. Because as we all know, the person who types the final comment in a thread automatically wins eternal glory, instant credibility, and possibly even a Nobel Prize in Keyboard Warrior Studies. Of course not, but I don't believe that giving up the last word means agreement. In my experience with people who are Christian, I don't think any would ever advocate for brutal punishment of same sex intimacy. It might seem disgusting or gross some people out, but that's not the same as brutal punishment.

They do exist, unfortunately, and it's horrible. But thankfully I haven't encountered anything like that. I'm not into social media, so I'm not aware of some of this stuff. Just awful. I wouldn't consider anyone who espouses violence against anyone to represent Christianity, but I know there are people who wear a cloak of Christianity in order to spread their own hatred. Like wolves in sheep's clothing. Whoisyourdaddy 1
