This guy hits me up.. he has a new account which is already a red flag in my book. But we’re chatting and I drive to his place after sending multiple verification photos. Then he says he won’t let me in till I take a photo outside of his apartment building so I took one from in my car parked out front. He then says no I need to be standing out front. So I explained that sounded weird as I already verified. He said I had to do it so I told him I’m not getting out of my vehicle as there was no need since I already verified. Him wanting me outside my car and to take additional verification in front of his building made me feel like he was the cops. He was also asking weird questions about my personal life like if I was born in the us. I left and he said wait come back you can just come up it’s fine. So I come back against my better judgement and tell him I’m outside. He quits responding then blocks me. The amount of clients that are so paranoid about hiring that end up blocking me after I’ve already driven to there plays is way to much! I was beyond pissed as i spent about 2 hours going back and forth with this guy! Sorry needed to vent

So sorry to hear this. I indeed would have some suspicion about newly created accounts, client or escort (in this case, you are a provider that had his time and gas money wasted by a client).

Update. After blocking me he makes a new account. Then tells me his messages weren’t going through I told him I didn’t have time to keep going back and forth and that I’d still be willing to meet for 30 minutes. He then says let’s reschedule. I said absolutely not. You’ve wasted 2 hours of my time at this point he then tries to say it’s my fault for not sending the exact type of photo he wanted and tried to claim I was using ai photos.. either police or a schizophrenic either way I probably dodged a bullet. But infuriated about the wasted time. It’s my biggest pet peeve

It happens. Unfortunately. I’ve had similar (travelling to clients only to have them ghost me when I got there). It all happens…and there’s a red flag every time.

I had it recently with a client who’d booked twice previously and cancelled both sessions for various outlandish reasons. Third time he books and I think ‘ok this time maybe he will go ahead’. Then on the day before he sends a weird message saying ‘hi Jamie I’ve decided to offer my massage to someone else, and I might watch and join in’.  What’s that about??? I replied to tell him I’d cancelled it because I couldn’t accept that proposal. He asked me to rethink and he’d come alone but after the previous issues I just told him I couldn’t see him. It’s just not worth the risk.

I guess he was anxious about coming and instead of just saying ‘I’m sorry I’ve changed my mind because I’m anxious’ we could have dealt with it but he came up with some weird plan. People sometimes behave strangely when dealing with us. You just have to recognise the red flags and respond accordingly.

I had an encounter with a provider who was new and behaved somewhat strangely. I hesitated about commiting to a date but we eventually settled on doing a short video call on snapchat. Turns out he was just as nervous as I was. It was a real ice breaker and we had a great time. Met him 3 more times until he got married a month later (gasp i know). Maybe you could do something similar when something like that happens again? maybe break the ice with a short video call so you're both put at ease without having to actually meet in person.

I will definitely do this next time!

I wonder if he’s paranoid that you’re either going to harm him or come back later and rob him so he’s taking pictures in front of his building for future evidence if he needs it.  My bet is that he forwarded those pictures to someone immediately in case anything happens to him.  Far-fetched but I can see it happening.

I had the same thought but my thing is. If you’re that paranoid when I have multiple positive reviews. Then you aren’t ready to be a client. And personally as a provider I don’t want to meet with a client that is worried I’m going to murder him. I like to enjoy my time with my clients and that just sounds like a nightmare!

Vice doesn't want clients. They never have. They go after street trade and the guys they see as also pushing drugs or pimping others.

A friend with a badge told me arresting men while they're fucking in private is considered dangerous because interrupting them triggers the fight-or-flight response. Even frail old men like me can be dangerous if cornered. Now imagine Mister McGoo and Benjamin Nicholas throwing lamps and lube at midnight intruders while Jarec Wentworth dives for his gun. Not worth the risk unless our heroes are committing a less private crime. (OTOH, every town has at least one ambitious politician or religious zealot.)

It probably wouldn’t have been a great experience. Kind of hard to be your best after being put through the security gauntlet.

I had the same experience, the guy had me walking around a hotel. After that I no longer take clients without a photo and username sent in text. I once FaceTimed one of the scammers and he was some guy in India

I swear some people just like wasting others time. That sounds so frustrating.
