ICTJOCK Posted September 17, 2024 Posted September 17, 2024 I certainly appreciate the perspective. Thanks for sharing! Durk 1

I’ve seen so many strippers destroy their looks with the addition of endless tattoos. I won’t name names, but some of them still work at Montreal strip clubs. I predict the tattooing trend of the last 15-20 years will eventually reverse itself. What will all the tattoo artists do then? There's that edge - "Oh boy, will THEY be sorry." Schadenfreude is so unattractive. + José Soplanucas 1
Durk Posted November 25, 2024 Posted November 25, 2024 I started boxing when I was 11 years old in a gym with my late dad's guidance. I kept up boxing until 14 years old when he died and I changed to bodybuilding. I probably won't be a good boxer at 6'2.5" tall; I was made for bodybuilding with the bone structure and ability to add fairly easy. But he showed me the effects of tats when guys get older. Dad told me you don't want to look like those guys when you get older with the droopy tats. So, I still respect his wishes decades later. Rest in peace, Dad. thomas, pubic_assistance, + BOZO T CLOWN and 3 others 4 1 1
Andy2 Posted November 28, 2024 Posted November 28, 2024 Wide variety of opinions in this thread. I for one am indifferent and often don't even notice when a guy (or a gal) has a visible tatt. FWIW, I found Vin Marco's posts most illuminating and educational
Nightowl Posted January 29 Posted January 29 A few tattoos of significance can be attractive since there are stories behind them. A mess of tattoos of cartoon characters, not so much.
