acaressandakiss Posted February 26, 2024 Posted February 26, 2024 Going to NYC and thinking of hiring a provider. I will be staying with a friend so I would need to book a hotel for an outcall. Still haven’t decided if I will do out call or in call. In any case, if I do decide to do an outcall are there any favorite hotels you guys have in the city.
+ BenjaminNicholas Posted February 26, 2024 Posted February 26, 2024 DayUse.com and other sites alike are something you should consider. NYC is all about where your escort is based. NYC is expensive and often requires young men to have room mates and/or live in neighborhoods way out in the boroughs. Typically most guys who host in Manhattan are traveling themselves and renting their own hotel. A few will be found living in shabby walk ups in Hell Kitchen or the Lower East Side (also shabby). There's a rotating group of masseur/escorts who use a beautiful apartment in Hudson Yards but none of them are worth their asking price. For your own comfort and security stick to hosting at a hotel of your choice. ChipHolder, + BOZO T CLOWN and Your Man in Arlington 1 2

I was able to host in Tribeca or Midtown (two different hotels), but all 5 providers happen to be able to host at their places in Manhattan (Chelsea, East Village, Murray Hill, and Upper West Side). Because I was playing tourist, I didn't mind traveling to them using the subway. It forced me to visit some neighbors I otherwise would not have seen. I live in Manhattan and frequently use hotels for dates. I prefer the Michelangelo Hotel on 51st & 7th. Huge rooms by NY standards & the hotel is big enough that there is relative anonymity coming & going. Easy subway access and Hells Kitchen adjacent. If not there, then definitely on the Westside above 40th and below 58th. Yes on dayuse.com - great options & reasonable rates. Fbspits, pubic_assistance, + azdr0710 and 1 other 4

Can confirm. The toughest part of Manhattan living right now is the 40x rent income rule. More landlords are holding firm on it, which makes qualifying to rent difficult if you don't have a good salary with verifiable, history-documented income. This often leads to 5 people in a 2br with at least two of them as subleases or roommate agreements. If you can make it there, you can make it anywhere, indeed. pubic_assistance 1
jackcali Posted February 26, 2024 Posted February 26, 2024 Another thumbs-up for dayuse.com. You can get a room for four hours in a three-star hotel for less than $100; a four-star will cost you a little more. Lots of options on location, and the selection is much, much better than the filthy by-the-hour places from the old days. And, in terms of hosting, a lot depends on the age of the provider. The older ones are generally more established and have a place of their own. The young ones tend to share shabby (good word, public_assistance) walk-up apartments in dodgy neighborhoods, and they all seem to live on the top floor of those walk-ups. As I get older, climbing the stairs is taking as much out of me as the session. Your Man in Arlington, Marc in Calif, + claym and 3 others 4 2

They were all in their 30s to 40s. Two had basement studios in Chelsea. Two were one bedroom several flights walk-up. One was a one bedroom, with probably one roommate/boyfriend.
DWnyc Posted February 27, 2024 Posted February 27, 2024 (edited) Once met a visiting provider in nyc who surprisingly was hosting at an apartment. he had an air Mattress in a tiny living room ( carved out of a studio) and his host was a provider I randomly turned down earlier (without knowing their connection) … because he said “my friend and his bf are visiting and may be here” and also tried to upsell a double / triple deal. The porn version of this story has a group scene with the host, his bf, my providers bf, the provider, and me all on the air mattress. The reality show has a lot of passive aggressive coming and going and slammed doors in the rest of the tiny apartment - they had all worked out it was me speaking to both providers during the day. My provider even asked me to give the donation to the host as he owed him “rent money” so there was this symbolic game they made me play of ultimately paying the provider I turned down. My other ridiculous NY accommodation story had me going to the restroom about 40 mins into a session and being warned “oh my roommate is in there, it’s raining so he stayed indoors … just ignore hkm” Edited February 28, 2024 by DWnyc DWsoccer, Pd1_jap, Asterisk and 5 others 2 1 5
BananaBagel Posted March 18, 2024 Posted March 18, 2024 The Milennium hotel is a bit worn but has an easy Times Square location and comfortable rooms. Key required in the elevator but it’s busy enough that it isn’t hard for a visitor to slip into an elevator. In the low tourist season, rooms on Hotel Tonight were lower than Day Use but that time is about over I think. I often see the Aliz on DayUse. Has anyone tried that? pubic_assistance 1
EastCoastBtm Posted December 21, 2024 Posted December 21, 2024 Bumping this thread.... Looking to treat myself for a birthday. Recommendations on Manhattan or Borough hotels with suites, preferably with a big shower or tub - two room suite or good layout - bed area, couch area? Where sex wouldn't bring a manager knocking on the door.... LOL I always think I'm going to want to have sex on the couch, but the damn bed is just so comfortable. Usually hang out for an all day session.... so nice to have hang out space. I like W style. Old Starwood. Stayed at Royalton crazy suite once - nice layout, horribly overused/dingy. + BenjaminNicholas 1

Equinox Hotel at Hudson Yards is new, sleek and very sexy. Great beds. Beautiful rooms and suites. The Ludlow on the LES. Great vibe, great bar downstairs. Smaller suites, but in the middle of a street/neighborhood with amazing energy. Casa Cipriani. While not a hopping neighborhood (FiDi), the suites have balconies with great river views. Service is bueno. Hotel on Rivington, LES. They're still redoing some of the rooms, but for massive suites, great beds and a mostly glass room, it's got the sex appeal and vibe for getting frisky. No offense intended bananabagel, but I do think calling the Millennium “worn” is being very generous. My opinion is avoid. I used Aliz a couple of weeks ago. Perfectly acceptable, not at all in need of renovation, as many NYC hotels are. And the rooftop lounge is a great bonus (make a reservation). It’s true, Aliz is commonly on DayUse. pubic_assistance 1
BCMan Posted December 23, 2024 Posted December 23, 2024 As an infrequent visitor to nyc, I love this thread - thanks to all who have contributed. I’m thinking of coming up for a week to ten days in January or February and hiring will be a big part of the agenda. And I really want to treat myself. What’s everyone’s favorite high-end hotel in the city? I prefer midtown near, but doesn’t have to be on, the park (but I’m open to other parts of town). I generally like a place with a great hotel bar to start a multi-hour BFE. Thanks! + BenjaminNicholas 1

For me, the best hotel in the city is currently the new Aman NYC. It's beautiful, quiet and feels miles away from Manhattan while having midtown just outside your front door. The Ritz-Carlton on the park is always solid. Towers at The Palace is done with their refurb. It's not a sexy hotel, but it's an icon for good reason. Mandarin Oriental at Columbus Circle. Still a solid choice. If you're willing to venture past midtown, you can't forget about The Carlyle. thomas and BCMan 2

If a gentleman is your guest and with you for the evening, Aman will have no issue letting you both in the bar. The Peninsula in NYC also just completed a redo and the rooms now thankfully look modern. Great, walkable to much, location. Baccarat started off strong, on many top 10 lists that year, but has trailed off. For the nightly rate, I expected better service. The design is a little... Much. It reminds me a lot of what Elysian Chicago was doing when they first opened (but later toned way down). It might be fun if it felt whimsical, but the vibe is way too stuffy for that. Now, if you want whimsical, fun, great service and unique spaces, stay at a Firmdale/Kit Kemp hotel. + Summerson and BCMan 1 1
