the article indicates they found two females who seemed to be victims of human trafficking among the 160 arrests.....with cops apparently acting undercover as prostitutes, I'm wondering how they even found those two!....ostensibly, this was a sting to discourage trafficking, but it sounds like a bass-ackwards way of doing it.......the goal should be to go after the pimps who facilitate trafficking, of course......admittedly, arresting johns and publicizing them could be a way to discourage patronizing hookers in the first place (and thus diminish demand for trafficked females), but arresting no pimps seems like a failed campaign   

The article doesn't say if they targeted any gay escort sites or not.  Most of it appears to be targeting straight escorts.  That could easily change however. 
The sheriff is clearly using these operations as easy publicity going after people the voters in his county will have little sympathy for.  Helping real victims of sex trafficing is a mere justification.  They say they found a few trafficing victims, but a tiny fraction of the people they arrested.  The press conference where the sheriff singles out the people they caught and identifies if they were married or where they worked is definately intended to pander to the voters in that county.
Assuming the cops were posing as escorts of legal age, targeting the guys who respond does nothing to find trafficers or their victims.  Neither does targeting sex workers who are operating independently.
Sadly sex work between consenting adults is illegal in most of the US and law enforcement operations like this keeps the stigma going.  This should be a reminder to know a bit about the jurisidiction before working or hiring there.

The important thing about food is the so-called glycemic index, which is roughly how quickly the food is converted to simple auger. White rice and potatoes are not healthy because they are high glycemic but brown rice and whole grain pasta are good because they have low glycemic index.

This is a very misleading post. There is a huge difference between naturally occuring sugars in foods such as fruits and vegetables and added sugar to many prepared foods such as soft drinks, candy, desserts, etc. The naturally occuring sugars will not harm you, the refined white sugars in all its forms will if taken to excess. 
Compared to many other areas, North American diets suck, generally speaking, and you see evidence of it daily on the streets and in the supermarkets and restaurants.
And btw, we all need sugar in our diets. Just the right kind. Potatoes and rice do not constitute a harmful source of sugar. 

I'm sure you know this, but Hollywood is not real life!  Clever camera angles, phony moaning and groaning, perfectly-timed wildly-productive orgasms, and that silly under-crotch spotlight (!) are among the clever tricks that director uses to sell his videos. I've met with porn stars who exceeded their  professional 'work' and other stars who didn't at all. 
You just gotta make that meeting your own, make sure the provider is also having fun, communicate,  and don't be distracted by silly porn fantasies and Hollywood magic.

From my perspective, humour (that's the Canadian spelling 😉 ) has been the victim of declining critical thinking abilities.  Irony and satire appear mean-spirited when the audience's ability to think critically is diminished and is replaced by feelings and emotions, which are much more subjective in nature.  Wokeness and political correctness have replaced the need for empathy and kindness, and in my opinion, are two of the laziest ways to advance social change.  It is far easier to be outraged by something and call for the cancellation of others than to actually apply our brains to figure out the situation, or make the personal sacrifices needed to benefit others.  Generally speaking, I think we have been dumbed-down and have become more self-centred (another Canadian spelling!) and self-congratulatory over the past couple of decades.

If you check the previous post about him you will see that mine was one of them. I got together with MichaelM a number of year for dinner and some fun here at my place. He was and I imagine still is very handsome and sported an absolutely gorgeous body. I found him very relatable and had a great evening with him. So you're already making some broad assumptions about top/ bottom roles even being part of the conversation about a massage .

I do wish that some contributors could make an argument using more logic and less name calling, if only to make it easier for the reader to try to see their point of view.  Still, I've learned to skim past the lengthy name calling posters and try to read posts that give some new insights that I never considered before
