I always did this with my former trainer, and I assumed it was customary. But this year, when I tipped ($300 gift card) my new trainer, who has been in the business for more than a decade, he thanked me, and said he was quite touched: apparently I was the first client who had ever tipped him like this at the holidays. I had a really lovely experience with a client of mine this holiday season.  
Long term regular.  He and I are very close.  Amazing beautiful man.  At the end of the session he expressed that he’d wanted to give me a Christmas present.  But he was conscious of the boundaries in our relationship.  And he was aware that I have a separate home life and was cautious of imposing himself on that.  He racked his brain on what to get, and in the end decided that cash was the way to go. 
It was about the most thoughtful explanation he could’ve given, and ultimately the most thoughtful gesture.  And honestly - exactly what I would’ve wanted. 
So I’m sorry if this sounds crass, but from a provider perspective?  Cash bonus is the best Christmas gift.  🙏🏻

I actually think that no-shows probably have a lot to do with fear and nerves. As providers, you guys see lots of different clients...we are just another guy. But, as clients, some of us only see providers every couple of month. I have several different providers that I see and I do get butterflies in my stomach before EVERY appointment. Most of us are married guys that are stepping outside of our comfort zone.. I have never been a no-show, and I will never be one. It's just plain douchey to do to someone!! Keep in mind that it can be intimidating meeting with you guys that are most likely was more experienced and confident!

There’s a similar feature on Rentmasseur, it tells me when people have viewed my profile and suggests “a premium Rentmasseur client has viewed your profile…he may be interested in you so consider contacting him etc”. I never do initiate contact because I think it’s up to them. 
Some of these premium Rentmasseur clients view my profile dozens of times. Maybe they’re rubbing one out to the pics, and that’s fine (if that’s you …I have a justforfans 😉) but I think it’s more likely they’re just thinking about it.
I reckon it takes a lot of intention to hire a sex worker because of the nature of the work and all the issues that surround it. If my clients have put a lot of thought into hiring me then that’s great. I want that. Clients who hire on a whim tend to be more flaky, treat you like you’re a commodity and don’t value the service. I don’t need that. Give me someone who’s thought long and hard about it, is invested in the decision and who has seen what I’m about and said “yes I’d like to meet him”.

This might work for a subset of escorts who want to work shorter, hourly frames of time, but if you want to earn career money, I don't know if this is an ideal way to go.
You never put your client on the spot with a focus group:  It ruins what should have been a fun time spent by bringing it back to business.  You can more easily email these kinds of questions later, if necessary.
Guys- at least the men I see- aren't hiring me to be reminded that they're paying for my service.  They want to relax, vacation, enjoy, cut loose and simply have a friend with them who makes it all flow and feel easy.

 First I request there be no negative feedback. My dilemma is that I am an old 'baby boomer' who has never lived as a gay man. I married years ago and raised a family. I am not willing to give up my family. What I want is to find friend(s) in similar situations. When I say friends, I mean that. Not sex, but just conversation about our shared situation.
