One of my clients hired him for a group. I tried to steer him away from this guy because I knew something was not right, first with the ad and then once I started communicating with him. My client insisted, but then in person my client was sorely disappointed and asked him to leave before our time was up (and paid him). I didn’t even find this thread until after the fact, but the stuff you guys bring up were all red flags to me too. Yes, there is certainly some serious exaggeration going on in his photos. He’s a normal looking guy in person. Not a bodybuilder type, and not as striking as his pics suggest. Not a bad looking guy, but definitely not as advertised. Lower your expectations a few notches. He does not speak English well enough to have a conversation in person. I don’t fault him for that, but it did make things quite difficult. That confirmed my suspicions when leading up to the meeting his only responses were “yes”, “ok”, and a number indicating his rate. Never mind the language barrier, he wasn’t very interested in pleasing the client. He went to the bedroom and laid on the bed alone while the rest of the group was socializing over a drink in the living room. When we did get to the bedroom, he kind of just…laid there. We did things to him, but he was not very engaged with the client. It would have been a better group session without him, to be honest. I wish the guy well. Photos aside, I don’t think this is the right career for him. Save your pennies, boys, for the many other worthwhile men out there.

^ I second this. I just had a group session with Joe. He’s charming, professional, intuitive, and handsome. He looks better in person than his photos even though they are not that recent. I recommend. He’s a keeper! Communication was effortless. I can tell he really cares about making the session special for the client. He was adaptable, generous, engaged and accommodating all the way through. Good kisser. Nice genuine smile. Everything below the belt is something y’all will enjoy! He’s versatile, so it’s not just for looks. Huge plus. He makes you feel immediately comfortable and endeared to him. He has a positive presence that makes you just feel really good. A man after my own heart, really. I wish he were more available. I have other clients hiring groups to invite him to, but his day job work keeps him pretty busy and traveling somewhat frequently. He mentioned he does massage as well. Will have to trade and get back on that aspect. This won’t be the last I see of Joe. My client is already planning a threesome with us two after Thanksgiving. Whatever you might make of Joe’s photos positive or negative, look past that. He’s a worthwhile hire. Good providers do their job well and have the right temperament for this work, and those qualities often won’t come across in photos. It manifests immediately in person, though and that’s the difference between some hot guy on the street and a true professional worth your time.

^Ditto. ^Ditto. I rarely fly for new clients. Too risky. For trusted regulars, I buy my own tickets, pay my own expenses, and summarize my costs for the client to then reimburse me at the end of the trip in addition to my fee. This works out best for everyone.

I finally got to experience Reyn’s massage this week. We did a trade at our respective studios to sample each other’s work. Now I get why we have at least a few clients in common. WOW! He is talented. I felt amazing afterward. He’s one of the few to massage my rhomboids with appropriate pressure, and in a targeted fashion after I requested it. That was a highlight because barely anyone gets it when I ask. The rest was all excellent work too. He is creative, effective, balanced, detail oriented, and focused in his unique routine. Adding Reyn to my list to refer clients to him. Reyn is a quiet guy. It comes across as shy or introverted but I don’t think so. He gives the best hugs. By the way, he’s a really attractive guy! I don’t prioritize that aspect like many of you do when seeking out massage therapy, but I’ll say for your sakes he is a fit and fine looking man all around. I won’t discuss sensual stuff here or by DM; please contact him directly if that is important to you. He offers options on his RentMasseur blog.

I’m having a hard time getting a hold of the guy. I texted him a couple days ago and he said he’s interested. I confirmed he uses a burner app so some of the messages do not go through, depending on the content. It seems explicit content or certain types of content the app will not deliver to him. Some of the other guys I’ve contacted mentioned the burner app issue. I have no idea my message was blocked, so it seems like they’re ignoring me, and they are probably put off when the next message they see from me is something along the lines of “Just following up on my last message with my client wishlist items. Are you still interested?” It’s been hit or miss. I tried messaging on RentMen Messenger as an alternative. Hopefully he gets back. I’d hate to miss out on bringing him in for a hot group session because of the technological glitch. Seems a shame he loses confidence or interest because his own messaging app won’t receive messages containing content one might commonly discuss with an escort. It’s like asking Home Depot for a hammer and they don’t get the memo because anything regarding tools is blocked. Different tools we are discussing here, of course…

I met Bruno for a group session on Sunday. He’s a big tall beefy muscle guy for sure. He walks like he just got off a long horse ride with those large leg muscles. His pics are more flattering than in person, more trim in the pics, but if muscle is what you like, I’m sure you will not be disappointed. Hairy daddy type and attitude. He’s got a heavy Czech accent. He said he’s lived in the US for many years, at least 10 from what I gathered in conversation, Florida and traveled all over. Bruno ignored not one but literally all the instructions I gave him, which he agreed to ahead of confirming the appointment. The client was disappointed. Not with how he looked or performed per se, but he literally did nothing on the list the client wanted him to do, other than participate in the escort group play. Bummer. Be careful with this one. If you have specifics in mind, you might not be getting them. He will do his thing, but maybe not entirely on your terms. It might be a case of miscommunication, like him not understanding and not asking questions ahead, but whatever the case be sure to be very clear about what you want. Maybe a simple vanilla scene with him topping and very little other direction might be easiest for everyone involved. Good luck to everyone considering hiring him. We enjoyed Bruno despite everything.

I don’t mind early morning appointments as long as the client books ahead. One of my clients books an hour bondage session weekdays at 7:00am. Another regular likes a massage at 8:00am. I need notice for these. I can’t with these guys hitting me up late night expecting me to barely sleep, still get up, and commute for a butt crack of dawn call 30 miles away. Come on people, be realistic. That 8:00am client recently requested his usual, but he texted me at 7:05am the morning-of, when I was just waking up. I couldn’t take the appointment because I would have had to get up at 5:15am to fulfill it. There was just no way. Maybe it’s different for providers working out of where they live. It was easier for me to operate that way when I lived where I took clients. Please be courteous to your providers. It’s one thing if he’s flagging himself available on his ads at 6:00am. By all means, go for it. It’s quite another to request a last minute early morning appointment out of the blue. For escort stuff, I’m best in the mornings. My testosterone is at its peak and my cock is ready for action. Ideally I sleep well the night before so my energy and mood are optimal. Evenings still work, it’s just an extra boost for clients booking mornings.

Has anyone seen him for escort service? Maybe like others say he is not a great hire for massage, but sometimes guys are better at one vs the other service. He has a RentMen profile here: https://rent.men/paxtonjames Please DM me if you have experience.

Regarding the # of clients per day @BaronArtz mentioned: the majority of my clients are massage. Depending on the details of my client needs beyond massage, I would take maybe 0-2 escort clients a day. I don’t know if that makes a difference to you, but whether I am doing massage, escort work, or some combination, the pure economics of the thing make it unrealistic for me to see only 1-2 clients a day as a traveler. It may be more pleasant to imagine you are my first and only client in a 24 hr period, but that’s a fantasy given the economic factors at play. Maybe book in the morning, then? 😉 So far in this thread I am hearing that to give myself a fighting chance of success, I really need to rent a decent incall space in Midtown Manhattan to capture the interest of a majority of my potential NYC client pool. Manhattan clients are unlikely to travel outside Midtown, and very unlikely to see me in other boroughs or peripheral cities. Clients on the periphery would be more likely to travel in to see me in Midtown.

Bump. Surprised nobody has reported back on any experiences yet. I don’t need to see his private gallery, no interest, but he does say on his profile when you request to unlock to send information regarding your intent to schedule. Sounds like he only wants to share with people seriously considering hiring him. That’s not the way it works, of course. You look at pics among other info to determine if you want to hire. Still, to be fair, he shows plenty on his public gallery for a client to see if his physical attributes are what you want. If you want to view the gallery, you need to play along. That dynamic increases the number of unserious inquiries for him to deal with, which does the opposite of what I believe is his intent, but hey, if he likes that, good for him.

Why are some clients saying “I only pay in cash”, when…

Cash is king. -
Aw…bummer. I’ve been having trouble for a while too.

Someone IS hiring us together…pending further info…that’s why I ask… My chief concerns are reliability, adaptability, professionalism, and then compatibility with what a client wants for a particular scene.

Bump. I’m interested.

There is no magical number of reviews to guarantee the guy will be a good fit for you. My advice: research as best you can, weighing the positives, negatives, and unknowns. Measure your risks against your potential rewards. Then, assuming he checks enough of your boxes, hire the guy. See how much YOU personally enjoy your experience with him. Your experience may differ from someone else’s publicly posted review. Providers with hundreds of positive reviews can be problematic, and guys with zero or few reviews can be great. You never know for sure until you make an informed decision to hire him. Worst case: you’re out some hundreds of dollars. Best case: you enjoy and re-hire with confidence. Reviews carry weight, but you can’t rely on one source. Reputation goes beyond one particular site or reviewer. See if he has other sites with reviews posted and find the common threads between them. Chat with others who’ve hired him to confirm information in his profile, information in his reviews, and ask questions. The information most important to you won’t always be shared so freely or explicitly in reviews. Here on this site is a good place to start.

For my clients, it’s the whole package. Clients wanting the biggest dick, the muscliest build, or the bubbliest butt can find that easily to the right or left of me on any grid, but those guys aren’t me. My clients value me for who I am, my talent, and level of engagement. There’s a provider for everyone, from the man who wants a blow up doll with a pulse, to the man who needs purely to be heard and understood. There’s a whole spectrum. We’re all unique and meet different needs. There is no one-size-fits-all escort or one-size-fits-all client.

I was trying to confirm a time on a date that we had already agreed upon for a group session he indicated he was into, and gave a numbered list for him to confirm he is good with all the activities. He ghosted me. I get the sense he is not serious, and the other interactions before that gave me a weird vibe. I never met him, but based on the communication, I would not recommend.

Whether we providers genuinely enjoy the experience is irrelevant. The question is: did YOU enjoy the experience? If so, pay the guy and see him often. He’s providing a high level of value to you. Reciprocate that value to him. A client hired me for an overnight recently. Given, this was not for massage although he does like some massage time, but that’s beside the point. We have a good long time rapports going and it works because we both understand the transactional nature of the relationship, respect the boundaries, and yet have a great time together anyway. It’s possible to be genuine and still provide a professional service. For example, while he was fucking me, he hit just the right spot and we stayed in that position for a while me riding him, and it gave me a non-ejaculatory orgasm lasting for a solid few minutes. I didn’t hold back at all. My voice, breath, expression, and demeanor matched the intensity of my feelings. It was amazing! I usually am the one fucking him for most or all of the session, and it was refreshing to switch roles for a bit. I wasn’t acting at all while I enjoyed myself in that moment. He told me later that it’s important to him that I am genuinely enjoying myself too and that he appreciated me sharing moments like that with him. For some clients, an important element of value we provide is to actually enjoy the experience, which in turn gratifies the client. You can’t buy that on a hookup app. Acting is part of the job. Once in a while, I truly have to ‘act’ and I don’t like it, but I do it. I can’t genuinely be in ecstasy at every moment with every client. That’s unrealistic. I may not even enjoy the experience at all, but who’s to say? Fortunately I have very few clients where that is 100% true. I like to play up the moments I am enjoying and play down the moments I don’t enjoy as much. That way, it’s more an augmentation of reality rather than a false reality. With most clients I find something about them and/or what we are doing together that I like and I focus on that. It’s often multiple things. In that way, it’s not acting as much as it is focusing. It takes an experienced savvy provider to walk this line well. A while ago a client gave me one of the best blowjobs. Top 10, easy. And you don’t want to know how many BJs I’ve had from how many different men over my life. It would make us both blush. It’s difficult to find men who give truly excellent head. Plenty of so-so, decently proficient, and lots of really bad head out there. So when I come across a rare encounter with a truly skilled man, I relish the experience. I thought to myself in the moment, “I should be paying him!” And then I snapped out of it and remembered that everything about the experience is on his terms, for his benefit. We meet when he wants, do the things he likes, the way he wants, for as long as he wants, and I am not dictating any of it for my own pleasure. I’m doing everything for his ultimate gratification. My reward is monetary. Any pleasure I get out of it is incidental. So whether your provider enjoys the session or not - and whether you CARE if he enjoys the session or not - he is giving you what you want. Passive or active, he is delivering value to you on your terms. And at the end of the day, if he genuinely likes it, wouldn’t this be a nice bonus for you both? And if he’s acting, wouldn’t you rather not know? Pay your professional providers. Tip them. Hire them frequently. And please ….clients…. stop overthinking his level of enjoyment or lack thereof. Focus on YOURS!

A naive question about up-sells
Simon Suraci replied to Exploritor's topic in Questions About Hiring
I don’t like upselling either, from a client standpoint or as a masseur on the other side. I do think it’s ok to charge more for a higher level of service, but only at the client request for more, not in the heat of the moment after the masseur has intentionally aroused the client. The client and masseur should discuss higher rates after the session for the client to consider calmly and carefully before booking for more services next time. That’s the difference between a likely repeat/regular and a one-and-done client. Then of course the masseur could be more generous in his offerings included in his regular pricing, such as working nude and allowing mutual touch. Assuming his base rates are reasonable, I see this as a good value-added proposition. Nobody should be expected to do this, it’s just nice when they do. Nickel and diming the client is annoying for both parties. Kills the mood. I prefer to split service rates cleanly between massage with whatever extras I include as standard, and a higher rate for full service, if the client requests it ahead. No “touch my dick and it’s this much more”, then “put your mouth on it and it’s this much more”. Come on. Either do it or don’t. You’re not a stripper twerking for tips. -
Joey tells me Beau Travis is in a different city now; Beau lists Seattle on his profile. Joey asked if we would be doing anything with the client. I told him it would be mostly the client watching us and then described some of the interactions the client wanted. Unfortunately Joey wasn’t interested in joining us after that. I figured it would be an easy call playing with other escorts. Oh well. Plenty of others to ask.

Yes, the dead profile and subsequent new one gives me cause for concern
