Well Canadians are avoiding travel to the States in droves . I say this as my brother and his wife are travelling there. I think Gold Level is adequate. Some of the high profile providers go for Platinum to get their ads up front. I don’t myself put any stock in that ranking. I find lots of talent in the Gold category. I’ve hired in both categories and not found any difference based on the categories alone.
