The second time I hired someone, he asked if I wanted him to stay the night. As hard as it is to believe now, at that time I didn’t realize he was asking about hiring him for the night (I thought he just liked me!). I said I’d love it if he stayed the night. He did and it was awesome. In the morning, when he was ready to leave, I didn’t have any more money than what we had agreed to for the hour. I was so embarrassed and he could tell I was sincere that I didn’t realize I would need to pay more. He was so kind about it. He explained how it worked but said he’d let it slide because he had a good time. What a great guy. -
