Is your city hosting FIFA? Are you seeing a bump in escorts?

I doubt the fans going to the games are going to be looking to do much hiring.  It's such an all-day/night fan frenzy outing and non-stop party (even if their team loses).  Cheering, drinking, screaming, drinking, clapping, drinking, repeat.  Won't leave much left in the tank to get it up for any personal play time.

I world think that some of these "straight" guys would rent themselves out to cover the cost of the trip and event.

I had my regular provider visit me this weekend in my town 4 hours from Toronto, a FIFA host city. He told me hotel rates have skyrocketed and the hotel I usually stay at had increased their rates by double. I had stayed there for 3 days in May and my total bill was $1100 including parking at $45 per night. So this time it would have cost me over $2000.

Hard to say what the business is like for all the escorts in Toronto but he wasn’t reluctant to leave on a weekend when business usually picks up.

Yeah for sure.  Soccer players are probably only second to tennis players in terms of hotness.

My personal rankings:

1. Football/NFL, specifically the tight-end position (no pun intended)...every single one is hot (and tall)

2. Soccer

3. Wrestlers

4. Decathathletes

5. Tennis

6. Water Polo

I haven't noticed an increase in Atlanta. We have about the same number as usual. You seeing a bump, holding steady or a decrease in your FIFA city?

I’m in a host city and I haven’t noticed an increase. As others have said it’s way to expensive. Probably better off trying to poach hot visitors who are in town to attend games.

The big Pride week/parade is next weekend too, so I’m curious how’s that going to work. Generally for Pride there’s a spike in providers visiting but with hotel and flight prices through the roof I can see it tapering down this year.

Yes, I am one of the big cities hosting FIFA and Pride at the end of the month. Startling how I'm not seeing providers from the bigger cities show up here.

Bear in mind that the teams have a base camp where there team headquarters is for the duration, and where they train and stay between games. The Australian team, for example, has a base in Oakland, their first game was in Vancouver and the next will be in Seattle (against some other team that plays soccer not football). Still, the game cities will have a constant flow of visitors, with the supporters showing up for the games, and likely more than the teams, spend a few days either side of their teams' actual games.
