First, I've have far too few experiences with men (both providers and random hookups). When I have, I bottom my ass. I've probably been fucked less than 20 times. 😥 

In all those experiences, one in particular stands out. I was laying face down as he laid on top, thrusting in my ass ... when he completely stopped. Yes, I can hold still when I cum, I normally pause, I can stop. Yes, bottom can feel the cumming.

I can tell you what I do, though I’m not suggesting it’s a universal approach. After I finish, I usually pause for about 10 to 15 seconds, then continue at a much slower rhythm for a few minutes. If I’m asked to stop and stay still after finishing, I’m perfectly fine with that.

There's of course other reasons i would stop thrusting if asked, but just so the bottom can feel the throbbing at the expense of the best part of my orgasm isn't one of them.

I don't entirely disagree, I've been on the receiving end of that myself. It's fun, but it's just as fun for me when they keep thrusting and i can feel the top lose control of his thrusting rhythm (or conversely, go into overdrive) while he's grunting/moaning more cause it feels so nice for him 🥵.

For me that's a tough one to answer because I tend to cum fairly quickly regardless of the type of sexual activity--especially if it's been like three days and I'm horny, and of course on the chemistry between me and the provider.  Position can sometimes be a factor with me; I prefer him lying face down with me on top, although I sometimes do doggie-style.  If there has been considerable foreplay--maybe a little oral activity first--once in a bottom I will cum pretty quick even with minimal thrusting and maybe just some rocking motion.  So, answer to your first question:  I almost stop.  At the onset of the orgasm I involuntarily push in as deep as I can with almost no motion.   Just before, the bottom guy can usually feel my dick swell and harden a tad more at that point and if he's good will tighten his muscle.  Some, but not all, have said they can feel the cum shoots.  Probably depends on size of load maybe.  In any case I never ask, so if they say they could feel it they probably did.  As to your basic question, when I start to shoot I am pretty still except for a little pushing or rocking but no thrusting of consequence.  As said, once I'm in a bottom things usually move fast for me, so the beginning, the full thrusting phase, does last very long usually, so if he ask me to pause at that point I would do so out of courtesy but it would likely result in an involuntary weak orgasm with no pulsing--just a couple dribbles and not very satisfying for either of us.  As most on this group know, not all sessions are alike, we don't always respond and perform exactly the same way each time, we just have likes and tendencies as individuals.  A lot can depend on chemistry with the provider, his skills, and other factors.

I have powerful orgasms a lot of the times I have an encounter. Sometimes I even temporarily lose hearing or get dizzy. So when it happens I tend to stop thrusting involuntary as my body reacts to the sensation. So to your first question I say no.
