tried booking him and he canceled day before citing his AC not working and cant' host cuz it's too hot. Gave him the benefit of doubt. Circle back a few weeks later when it cooled off; he still couldn't host and try to sell me on multiple hours where he will go book a hotel room. I passed. Not into the sell and push so went to greener pasture
