It depends... mainly on what the masseur is doing and where he's doing it. It usually doesn't happen until I'm laying on my back.

If he's kneading deep into any part of my body and its causing even the slightest discomfort, I'm not aroused. If I'm aroused before then I'll lose it once that deep massaging starts.

This sums it up for me. They've got to actively be touching my dick, hole, or rubbing their whole body on mine for me to start getting aroused usually. Otherwise, i feel like the pressure needed for a thorough massage draws blood and my mental attention to the area/muscle being addressed and away from my dick. So i don't get hard usually until it gets more overtly sexual.

A masseur once skipped right passed the HE after saying it was included.  I asked why he chose not to go there and he said to me that since I  wasn't hard, he assumed I wasn't interested.  The reason I wasn't hard is that he was not a good masseur who would know how to arouse me.  Needless to say, I never returned.
