BBB89 Posted June 30, 2024 Posted June 30, 2024 Hi! I am a young paralegal who works at a big firm. A week or so ago, I was looking for someone. Well, it turns out there is a lawyer at my firm who hooks on the side. Not gonna lie, he's attractive AF and want to hire him, but understand it's completely inappropriate. Maybe pay for videos and sexy pics? lol What should I do? Thanks! samhexum 1
+ DynamicUno Posted June 30, 2024 Posted June 30, 2024 Do not contact him or engage him in any way. Block him if you must. As far as you are concerned, he does not exist. + APPLE1, + PhileasFogg, + sync and 17 others 2 18
+ Vegas_Millennial Posted June 30, 2024 Posted June 30, 2024 (edited) If this person didn't advertise, were you going to ask him on a date? If yes, then proceed with asking him on a date. If not, then move along and find someone else to hire. I would follow this regardless of profession. Being lawyers is not relevant. Working for the same company is relevant. Typical lawyer lol This Company of Men exists to share our experiences with other professionals so that others need not rely solely on advertisement photographs when deciding to hire. You have the benefit of knowing this professional in person and don't like his personality. That's enough to make most men walk away and not hire that person. There are plenty of sexy men for hire with whom you might actually enjoy their company. Luv2play, pubic_assistance, Johnrom and 4 others 3 3 1

If he's a lawyer and you're a paralegal, the minute you become a potential threat to him professionally they will find a way to show you the door. Exposing him, or threatening to do so, is not likely to work in your favor. Or you can fuck around and find out. Enjoy! Deadlift1, Luv2play, Constantine and 9 others 6 6

But he could file a complaint with one of his superiors or HR. Then they will take disciplinary action, which could result in your termination. You've mentioned you work for a large firm. + JamesB Posted June 30, 2024 Posted June 30, 2024 Just stay away. You should avoid creating trouble or causing issues in places that are important to you, such as your workplace. It's about maintaining boundaries and respecting the environments where you work to avoid potential conflicts and negative consequences. In other words, keep your professional and personal spaces separate and free of unnecessary drama or complications to ensure they remain pleasant and functional. + Charlie, seattlebottom, chitownguy and 5 others 1 5 2
