Safety play question

Recommended Posts

New to the business. As we know Condom is still recommended even under Prep. Curious for a TOP client, do you use condom with an escort? If so should you bring your own? Thanks

I assume bottom providers won’t care since this is not a hookup

My experience has been top providers on average prefer not to use condoms - I even know of stealthing examples - the excuse primarily to do with not being able to stay hard with protection.

I’ve had providers refuse to see me if I insisted on them wearing a condom or saying then that removes the overall act from the options

Yes, I use condoms. Yes, I bring my own pack of condoms. But I am happy to share. 😉

Insane behavior because as a bottom, I generally can't feel the difference.

As a bottom client, I can feel the difference with a condom and without.  I won't hire an escort if he's going to use a condom (I verify in advance if bareback is okay).  With a hookup, I don't mind if he uses a condom for whatever reason.  I just don't want to pay for that experience.

I find most of the clients I see who want me to top them (and the majority of my clients aren’t looking for that) are fine with bb. My preference is to not use condoms. Those who want to top me are more likely to want to use a condom, which is fine with me, I don’t mind either way, but they bring their own condoms (mine are usually too large 😉).

I’m on prep and I think many of my clients are, especially those who want a more escort type session. Clearly there’s risks even with being on prep but I’ve never caught anything from clients, as far as I’m aware. Definitely right that each person makes an informed choice and should not feel shamed or pressured for whatever their choice is.

Interesting. I've never really noticed a difference.

It’s not an excuse. Some men can’t stay hard enough with a condom. They know their bodies and abilities well and are respecting your time and money by telling you as much up front. I can’t see anything negative about being straightforward with you.

“Excuse” implies it’s not a legitimate concern, as if they are making it up or secretly want to increase their risk exposure. We don’t. In fact, it helps our business to minimize exposure wherever and whenever we can do so. It’s usually clients that want and insist on bb sex.

I use condoms whenever a client wants to use them, and performing is not a problem. I keep different sizes available. The larger for myself and the standard size works for most clients. Btw my dick isn’t huge. It’s Goldilocks - just right for most clients. But my mushroom head is large and the tapered design of the larger brand I use really helps me. Clients like feeling my pulsating cock head. The standard size is otherwise too constricting for me and makes it more difficult to maintain an erection or for my client to appreciate the pulse. Condoms are no problem for me but it helps to know what kind works best for your particular body.

Candid disclosure: Keeping a strong erection with a covered dick is practically impossible for me. That’s why I prefer to bottom nowadays.

You can require a condome from a provider. I think the level of risk and safety should be defined by you if you are a  client, and placed in your profile if you are a provider. What you don't have is living afraid and concerned after the fact, and having to get tested and living with the constant concern for doing something that you are not comfortable with.

As a client, you can require the protection that you feel comfortable with, just like providers provide information of what they do and how.

Absolutely.

PreP doesn't protect you from other STI's and too many pros are expected to bareback with random strangers on a daily basis. So I'm not interested in discovering how many of his customers had chlamydia this week.

I always use condoms and always make sure to bring my own so I know they are good quality
