For me, it would be very easy considering he's built like a 15yo teenager and not a man.

As soon as he's got the ass and legs to fill out those Versace briefs, I'm game.

I thought the same thing, but people are into twinks. Let's not yuck each other's yum.

I find it very interesting that a lot of you are saying that you wouldn’t pay $300 or more for an hour-long session.  I reached out to 16 escorts in the last few days and $300 was the  LOWEST amount I was quoted (albeit the most common rate).  Note that these are all in calls in NYC.  Since I’m a bit of a numbers geek, here is my analysis of the numbers:

Minimum: 300

Maximum: 500

Mode: 300

Median: 345

Mean: 362

There really does not seem to be a rhyme or reason as to which escort charges which rate (I couldn’t find any relationship with body type, age, ethnicity, etc).  Out of the 16, there are 4 that I am most likely to meet, mostly based on their location and communicativeness (they’re obviously all hot as hell).  Their rates in ascending order are 300, 350, 350, and 400.

Why are you wasting soooooo many people’s time?  Stop.

All I did was ask for their incall rate and location, which would determine whether I would continue the conversation.  I reached out to so many because I did not expect the number of responses I received (and received the majority of responses after I had already sent most of the messages).  I could not have wasted more than 30 seconds of anyone’s time.

How many did you hire?

I am brand new to this and have never hired anyone.  I intend on hiring the four I noted being “most likely to meet” in the next few months, and then eventually hiring most of the others further down the line.  I have a very rigid schedule and their precise location plays a huge factor in if/when I’d be able to see them, which I had to ask them in order to find out… are there unspoken rules I don’t know about regarding timing of reaching out to providers?  I now have the information I need to schedule something when I have the opportunity to do so.

Responding to client requests is a waste of time?   I thought that was a normal part of business.  In my industry, you end up only getting business from a fraction of the potential clients who request info.  I don't know why escorting would be any different.

Exactly!  That’s why I am confused as to the  issue with reaching out to guys to find out basic info that is not listed on their profile but is important to whether or not I can hire them. .. I respond to potential client info requests as part of my job all the time and only end up seeing a tiny fraction of those who reach out, often months later.

ETA: and my responses to work inquiries take a HELLUVA lot more time to write than “$300 for an hour, I host near Columbus Circle”.

First of all, this reply is not about @ShortCutie7 who simply conducted a poll on this subject!

We had a regular poster who would start a thread posting links to 20 guys in NYC trying to figure it out who to hire....  a month later would do exactly the same and NEVER hire any of them.

There's a lot of window shopping in this site!

For some no one is good enough and even if he is there might be a better deal right next door.

Is it a good or a bad sign for business the fact that most of them replied to you considering so many times providers either forget to reply, ghost, etc.

Given the rhetoric about unresponsiveness on these boards, I was VERY pleasantly surprised by how many guys responded via RM message (I as a general rule do not give my cell number to people I haven’t met in person).

One thing I wish many clients would understand: don’t try to come around months later expecting someone to be charging to same price that you FLAKED OUT on in the past. For example, there’s imbecile who has the audacity to bring up a previous conversation that he never bothered to show up for:

That is why I’m moving my rates up. The less I have to deal with these cheapskate imbeciles who think $150 and $200 is a universal rate, the better. Only consistent regulars deserve discounts! And I’m not talking about some random who only comes around once or twice a year and think he’s a deserving of a discount. If you local, you need to be meeting every couple weeks or at least once a month.

I never try to negotiate rates with a provider.  Either I am OK with what they charge or I don't try and hire them.  It's a free market and if you can get a certain rate, go for it.  If there is someone I really have my eye on, I sometimes pay more than I am normally willing... but that is a special treat, not a regular occurrence.

There are 3 guys I have seen regularly for close to a year, and to this point they have not increased rates for me.  Not sure if that is because I hire them regularly and tip well or that they just did not go up.

At this point, I feel 250 is the least I’m willing to do calls for anymore. Anything less is not worth it to me, and even when some do get it for less than that price, they don’t meet often enough to justify it. Some do it for a quick fix, and then don’t reappear for another year down the line.

I’m trying hard not to just say fuck it: everything is $500 minimum. Won’t make a difference if it’s massage or full on f-ing: time is time regardless.

I get tired of having constantly be gaslit and haggled over prices. I know my worth. I know what I need to maintain. $200 is not going to maintain and traveling provider who has ads, hotels, living expenses, and the whole gamut. That’s just money to pay 1 bill and maybe go grocery shopping. And I have to be seeing more than 1 of those a day, to turn a profit.  Yet then some want to bring up “are you clean/disease free?”

When it comes time for me to pay my dues, I don’t have time be sitting around arguing over the difference between $150-$200-$250 🤷🏾‍♂️

Nothing wrong with asking for info not listed on the ads, even from a dozen providers at once. As long as there’s not a lot of back and forth wanting free random conversations or sexting behavior, or “negotiating” behavior, I have no problem responding to inquiries. It means someone is considering hiring me and I want that. Be direct, ask for specific things and you’re good. Maybe you hire me tomorrow, maybe you hire me next year. Maybe never. That’s fine. Just respect the provider’s time as best you can, and you’re golden.

Why is this wasting their time? He is just asking for the rates. When I visit a new city and I plan to hire, I will ask rates and location of all the providers I’m interested in. You can’t go one by one since some take a long time to answer and some don’t even do that. It is just one text requesting  basic information.

Guys who do this to me multiple times get much, much higher rates as the emails pile up.

I figure they'll either pull the trigger or they'll go away because they can't/won't afford it.

Either way, it's a win for me.

I'd hire you in a flash if I lived near you..you seem like a good guy.  It goes both ways with clients and providers.  I have asked the basic questions you mention and have gotten one word responses or snarled at for asking.  I do my very best to limit my questions to no more than 2 messages.  If I'm interested in someone and they respond respectfully, I hire them.

a word of advice since you’re new - if you’re reaching out months in advance to multiple providers , that’s wasting their time and it’s not polite.
while there are no hard rules, a week would really be the most I’d reach out & then only if I’m visiting a city where a provider is located.  If in my city, then 3-4 days advance max.
Providers are inundated with inquiries where there is zero chance it happens.  Dont be one of those people.  You will be appreciated that much more when providers know you are serious & follow through.

Agree, there are no hard and fast rules. I actually appreciate clients that book further in advance, maybe even weeks ahead. A few days or a week is perfectly sufficient. Same day / same night…take your chances. That means you didn’t plan properly or someone flaked on you and you’re contacting a backup provider, or you are the client I dread who will only see me last minute, sometimes with only 15 min notice. Don’t be that guy.

I hear the logic here but I would also consider reputation as equally important. The kind of guy that treats you this way is the same who will take things out of context and fail to see where he is being unreasonable or difficult.

Say things escalate and you quote someone 150% of what you normally would, that word could get around: “he quoted me $XXX. Can you believe that guy? What a prima donna!” …when in reality the client is the problem and his behavior is reason he’s getting an inflated rate, but he won’t see it that way and blame you and may even trash talk you to others.

I prefer providers that are OK with booking in advance..sometimes up to a month or more.  It's hard with my job to do it any other way and I make it a priority for these appointments.  I have 3 guys in my area I see and I am lucky they are all excellent and easy to work with.

*Counts number of times contacting Benjamin*

*Gulp!*

*I guess I haven't talked about rates, more often about fares*

Reminds me of a time I cash app requested a client for $1,000 after his several-th time contacting for a booking and not following thru. He’s like, “did you send me a request for $1,000?” Yes I did… for at least 4-5 requests ghosted. He laughed and blocked me. Good riddance, job accomplished.

Some of these guys deserve to be charged $1,000. The level of impatience some of them have is sickening. Yet, when I need an answer they wait days, months to return a message.
