There is a lot of talk on here that a lower rate will mean a lesser experience, the provider will short you on time, he'll be located in a seedy hotel, etc. I have never found that to be the case at all. Unfortunately most of these guys work for an "agency" and their rates are usually on the higher end. Sometimes it seems like nearly all of the profiles on RM are from Latin America, yet the prices haven't come down. As long as guys are willing to pay $200 for a "masseur" with no zero skills or an escort who tries to get you out the door as soon as possible, a lot of guys will enter the industry.
