I think it's very common and a good percentage of the Florida based escorts are being "managed". Many/most work for an "agency". It always seems nobody wants to talk about it for some reason. Rent is probably not a good comparison. I always compare the hourly rate of an escort to other professions and an escort earns 2-10x more than nearly every other position. The average doctor (specialist) in the US averages $140/hour as an example. Here is another with a private jet. He changed his location four times in less than 24 hours so that's not a good sign. On Sept 6th he started in Detroit, then New York, then Orlando and then by Sept 7th he showed in Beverly Hills and available. Any yet Detroit has no homeless problem. Strange but true. There are many reasons (and complex to say the least) for that and talked about quite a bit lately but the main reason seems to be that the economic decline opened up a lot of cheap/empty housing so the city and state are not having to spend huge $$$ housing the homeless.
