That down low location you wonk out at can't be that much of a secret since you let all of us know. So, where is it? ;)

I can't say. Sorry. They only see existing clients. After the Mayor of LA went and told people to start snitching on everyone they had to be really careful.

As of today, sporting equipment stores in CA are allowed to re-open, but with curbside pick-up, so you get to workout even before you are home.

yeah except no dumbbells are available. It's a joke them reopening sporting goods stores! They can stay closed as far as I care cause there are no dumbbells to be found cause ebay buyers hoarded them so they could sell them 100x what they bought them for :-(

Or will people be a bit freaked out about sharing equipment for a while and make some sort of gym at their home. I live on the third floor of an older condo building built in the 1920s. I wonder if I would be able to have a treadmill/elliptical and some sort of weight machine in a room. Would the floors be strong enough to handle it?

I wonder if there will be a rash of people terminating their gym memberships after this is all through. When people realize they don't need the gym to stay fit. ?

It's starting to get pretty hot around here. Was OK to be hiking in the hills for the Spring, and still OK for now, but i'ts going to get mighty uncomfortable soon. And in the winter there's the cold and rain.

I mostly bike, with or without the boys, and add some basic calisthenics every day. We have a small weight set and sometimes I use that. Plus we have (surprise!) a basketball hoop in the back yard and I shoot some balls with the boys now and then. They do NOT go easy on me!

TRX is the stupidest excuse for low impact training I've seen since Shakeweight ... I'll eat a tablespoon of bull semen if the guys in the videos built their foundations on that stupid fucking thing.

Clearly it's not for you and that's fine. For my body, it's worked well and has been a great supplement to all the weight training I do.

I second @Benjamin_Nicholas opinion as the results obviously show on his body. I've tried it a few times but haven't followed through because it was mostly girls using it all the time at my gym, but when I did I could really feel energized and the work on my muscles. Needless to say those girls look really fit and toned but I prefer using the treadmill and some weights instead of hours for my turn after them.

On a more serious note; it seems that for me all yoga is hot yoga. Not having any equipment at home, more than my body weight, today I tried (and struggled with) yoga for the first time in my life. It was difficult, hot and somewhat painful. Something I much rather prefer to say about an encounter with a hung escort.
