My standard times are 60,90 and 120 minutes and mostly I recommend 90 to my clients because 60 is a taster (for first time clients) and 90 is an ideal time to relax. Loads of towels. I think discussing charges for “extras” during the massage is awkward. I don’t charge for anything extra, it’s all included in my standard massage rate (which Isn’t cheap) except for me bottoming and if they want that it has to be agreed before the massage, and the rate for that is extra. Because there’s no extra charge or any cause to discuss the charge during the massage it can proceed naturally, uninterrupted and it feels less transactional for the client. Plenty of guys make $300 an hour. Anyway, they’re not just working for the hour they’re with you. An hours booking (in call) for me takes at least two hours out of my time. If a client tips me I feel that I went beyond their expectations and am certainly going to make sure they get great service next time. You should be clear with clients about your role though. I think they’ll be reluctant to book if you say you’re a bottom but will top. Be a clear bottom or clear top. If you’re uncertain about whether you can top in a professional capacity maybe try it with non client partners first.
