  1. Talk about taking your look in the wrong direction! At first glance, I didn’t think it was the same guy. $1000….lmao. I wouldn’t have paid that much…..when he was cute.
  2. As one of the sluts on the Med and Caribbean cruises…..I find that hard to believe. Guess I just have to be a bigger tramp to compete with those LA whores next time….grin

    Kiddo in NYC

See what happens when you try to communicate….without using graphs? I think a nice Venn Diagram may have helped in the scenario…..grin
  4. Whenever I hire a massage therapist I go in with the attitude that it’s just a massage. If more happens, great. If not, cool. That way I’m never disappointed. Frustrated? Oh maybe, just a little, on occasion but not really. If getting off is really that important to me then I just hire an escort. And as we all know, even that can be hit or miss. Am I likely to rehire a massage therapist who advertises as sensual or erotic and never disrobes and never touches my cock? No, but that’s his loss and I’m sure he’s already done the math on that one. I just chalk it up to experience and move on.
  5. Or you know, just don’t hire him in the first place. It’s always so hard to explain chained up hookers to the police…just ask Boy George.
  6. His RM pics are now at least 5 to 10 years old.
  7. Please, they can’t even get a simple vote on "how to measure penis length correctly" or "what exactly do the terms top, bottom, and verse mean?" You think they’re ever gonna get around to defining such vague things as "sensual" versus "erotic"? You’re dreaming.
  8. And by "W administration"…he means the "Woodrow Wilson administration".
  9. Did no one ever teach you guys Gay Bar Safety 101? Only drink long neck beers…so you can keep your thumb over the mouth at all times. Only drink long neck beers….that you watched the bartender open. Never go home with someone…..unless the bartender says he’s ok. Tip the fuck out of your bartender…..he will protect you. If the bartender says "you need to go home"….you need to go home….alone. Don’t try to fuck the bartender…he’s busy trying to keep you alive.
  10. Obviously, one must always make assessments about the risks you are willing to take. As a well built, alpha-male who cut his punk teeth in the NYC’s East Village in the late 80’s/early 90’s, I realize that my risk tolerance may be higher than some others. Nonetheless, I also understand that none of us is stronger than a bullet to our brain. Life is full of tough choices. In general, I was speaking about cutting off contact when an escort brings up "payment up front" during our pre-meeting discussions. On the exceedingly rare occasion that an escort has waited until the date has commenced to announce his policy, I have no problem immediately stopping the date and showing him the door. You are dealing with a scam artist. You should treat him accordingly. Yes, one or two have briefly acted like they were going to cause a scene, but they all quickly thought better of it. It helps if you learn not to flinch.
  11. Minor point…. Just because he says that’s his username doesn’t mean that’s him. Stalkers and game players are rarely honest or straight forward.
  12. Ouch! The cold cruel hand of reality.
  13. I’m not falling for it. I may not have you 100% figured out yet….but I know you’re more NYC-savvy than that Ms. Thing. Grin
  14. That sentence just made me hard.
  15. Have you seen even one positive comment made here about him?……sigh.
  16. He’s in NYC for the weekend. Just bumping in case anyone has the 411.
  17. You have met @stevenkesslar, have you not?
  18. In my decades of travel to Turkey, I would never classify any of my trips as “safe". Nonetheless, I do believe it has gotten more openly dangerous in recent years. It is a very conservative country. It was long before Erdoğan. And it will continue to be so long after. He didn’t become President by accident. Unfortunately, I think people often confuse some of the “slightly more liberal" attitudes they encounter in Istanbul with the delusion that it’s a liberal Muslim country. It is not. Don’t be fooled into thinking it’s any different than anywhere else in the Middle East and you’ll be fine. I love Turkey. It’s one of my favorite countries in the world. As the crossroads of East and West it is eternally fascinating and beautiful. It’s just not a gay Mecca.
  19. I rarely, if ever, get this request. If I do, I simply break off negotiations immediately. He is free to "request". I am free to "decline". I have never once regretted doing so.

    Mykonos

Sorry, somehow I missed this. Since we’re going "off the beaten path", I will skip the obvious “Santorini is amazing" answer. As much as I hate the tourists on Mykonos, somehow on Santorini I can tolerate them. It’s stunning. Sunsets and Moonrises over the caldera are memories of a lifetime. My snob, elitist, recluse self hates to admit it…..but I love this island. Corfu - not too far into the woods. Big beautiful island that is often overlooked. Many Greek islands are mini-deserts. Corfu is quite lush. Lots to do and see. A little "away from" the other isles so may not be easy to work into your trip. Samos (and Naxos, and Paros, and Lesbos). All very interchangeable. No real need to visit every one unless you’ve got Greek Isle Pokémon fever (got to collect them all). Samos is my favorite, but I wouldn’t turn down a trip to any of them. I believe Naxos is the largest if you’re a size queen. Kos - if archeology is more important to you than pristine beaches, Kos has a lot to offer. Especially of the medical kind. It is after all the home of Hippocrates. Nonetheless, like most of Greek isles all the “real" finds were carted away to Athens and further cities centuries ago, so don’t expect much. Ios - kind of a "Mykonos for beginners". More nightlife than most of the islands, but not the full on insanity of Mykonos. I always think of it as "what Mykonos was like 20 years ago". Islands I’ve never visited but would love to check out: Crete, Hydra, Kefalonia, Delos So none of these are that far off the beaten path. You learn fast that the Greek isles get very rural and very difficult to get on and off very quickly as you explore further away from the maddening crowds. My favorite summers have been spent wondering from island to island via ferry with no real plan or agenda. If you can free your soul that much, it’s an amazing time. However, it’s easy to get stuck on a podunk island with nothing to do and the next ferry is "in a week…..maybe…sometimes she no come". Have fun, relax, and explore.
  21. Who didn’t see this one coming? It’s a cluster fuck. Welcome to the 2020’s! Gotta admit…"penis room" made me lol.
  22. Rome can be a stunningly provincial town. There are very few gay bars and in my experience they aren’t particularly welcoming to non-Italian speaking outsiders. Not to mention it’s a very closeted society in general. Of course, it only takes one fun gay Roman man to change the math completely so I encourage you to explore. Most of the places I found (pre-pandemic) were more like small coffee shops bars. Nice enough but nothing to write home about. Enjoy the city, it’s amazing. It’s just not very "gay". Venice is a swamp.
  23. Don’t be too hard on yourself. We are all human. Hopefully, you and others have learned from your mistake. Then again, some just need to learn the hard way.
  24. Basic gay 101 rules apply: 1) Don’t drink anything that isn’t obviously sealed and opened in front of you. 2) Even then, only accept sealed drinks from people you trust. I’ll never forget reading a review where a provider offered a client a shot of Tequila. The client accepted and ended up being drugged. I had been offered a shot from the very same Tequila bottle the week before. Basic gay 101 rules….for the win! There are no exceptions to the rules, kids.
