For those interested in this case, Bozo is attaching a link to Austin Wolf's attorneys' pre-sentence filing. Not surprising, they are requesting the minimum sentence of 120 months. And if Wolf stays out of trouble in prison, he would only serve 85% of his sentence, which would reduce his sentence to 102 months. His attorneys are also requesting that Wolf be given two days credit for every one day he has already served at MDC due to the harsh conditions there. Since he's been at MDC for 15 months, that would reduce his sentence to a total of 72 months. Possible, but not likely. Wolf has apparently been a model prisoner at MDC, working as a kitchen orderly, assisting other inmates with their chores, and studying subjects as varied as astronomy and Chinese. The report from the probation department is recommending a sentence of 168 months (lower than the federal guidelines which recommends a sentence of 188 - 235 months). The government is asking for a sentence of 235 months. The government's report portrays Wolf as an unrepentant child predator.
