Bozo's usual reaction when he reads about providers complaining about no-show clients is to chuckle. It's akin to a jockey whining about having a sore ass. It comes with the territory. In a service-related industry, there will always be no-show clients. It's just human nature. Restaurants and airlines realize it, and account for it by overbooking. A provider should always assume there will be a certain percentage of no-shows when calculating his future profit. There's really not a lot he can do about it. Ask for a deposit? In a small market that might work. But try that in a large market like NYC, and the client will just scroll down to one of the other 300 providers out there who are not demanding cash up front. And as has been noted numerous times on this thread, it works both ways. As the old saying goes, if you can't take the heat........ BTC 🤡

Bozo had to read thru your long, nasty, off-topic rant, before he saw that you threw down the gauntlet and issued yours truly a challenge. To respond, Bozo simply avoids the unattractive, bald, bearded, over-the-hill, inked providers. No need to be mean and confrontational with someone that Bozo finds anywhere from sexually unattractive to downright repulsive. What does that have to do with anything? Another absurd comment. At least 75% (probably closer to 90%) of Pornhub's content is straight porn. So if somehow Bozo's employer had the desire and ability to hack into Pornhub's data base (which is a felony under federal law), all that would indicate is that Bozo is a Pornhub subscriber. Period. Surrendering your 4th amendment? That's ridiculous! Have you ever flown in an airplane? You provide ID w/passport info when you book the flight, at the check-in counter, and again, at the gate. In most major cities, entering an office building requires submitting a valid photo ID at the Security desk. It's the same process when entering any government building. With the advent of the internet, there is no privacy anymore. Period. So please stop with these absurd straw man arguments about losing your privacy rights. They were lost a long time ago, thanks to Bill Gates and others. Protecting our children from internet porn and smut is a far, far, far (you can add 100 "fars") greater priority than any false sense of privacy you think you may lose. That is just common sense. At his sentencing on Monday, Wolf, thru his attorneys, requested to be able to serve his time at the Seagoville Federal Correctional Institute. Seagoville is a "low security" prison. It is one of the handful of federal prisons that offers sex offender management programs. It is in Seagoville, Texas, which is near Dallas. It is very close to where Wolf was born, and where his mother, father, sister, beloved aunts, and extended family still reside. Wolf's attorney explained that at Seagoville, his family and friends would be able to visit him regularly. This type of prison does not house violent, hardened criminals. Since there is a concentration of sex offenders at Seagoville, one would assume that Wolf would not be targeted because of the nature of his crime. The judge told Wolf's attorneys that he will ask the federal Bureau of Prisons to grant Wolf's request. That decision ultimately is not in the purview of the judge, but his recommendation does carry a lot of weight. Bozo is betting that Seagoville is where Wolf will end up. Seagoville is where Josh Duggar, TV reality star, is currently serving a 12.5 year prison sentence for possession and distribution of CSAM. BTC 🤡

The 10 years of post-release supervision "with special conditions" include: Wolf must allow the probation department to install software monitoring in all of his electronic devices Wolf must submit his DNA to government authorities Wolf must attend post-prison mental health and sexual offender programs Wolf is forbidden from accessing, viewing, sharing, and downloading child pornography. There may be more "special conditions." That will be determined by the probation department. Wolf was also hit with a $40,000 fine. However, as was pointed out by the government a few times, Wolf's income was in excess of $100,000 monthly. Yes monthly. So he is more than capable of paying this fine, even after his legal fees are paid. Wolf will also be required to pay restitution to his victims. The judge gave the government an additional 90 days to obtain their names so restitution can be awarded to as many as can be identified. BTC 🤡

There was no clue as to the identity of CC-1. Although, it seemed almost certain that it wasn't Wolf's husband. For those who didn't read the government's filing, CC-1 was the other adult in the room during the crime that Wolf pleaded guilty to - enticement of a minor for sex. Both Wolf and CC-1 were involved in what can only be described as grotesque sexual behavior involving this 15-year old. That's about all Bozo can say on this, because, even though the details of the crime are in the public domain, and the judge described the crime with specificity in his sentencing, this site has rules governing discussion of child sexual abuse. The government assured the judge that CC-1 was given no promises for his cooperation with the prosecutors, and charges against him are being investigated. BTC 🤡

And the sentence is......... 228 months (19 years). There is one caveat to the above sentence. The judge agreed to give additional credit to Wolf for the 15 months he served under harsh conditions at MDC. He did not specify how much credit. However, if he grants the defense request of one day of additional credit for each day served, that would reduce Wolf's sentence by 30 months (15 months served plus 15 months additional credit). Also, if Wolf keeps his nose clean in prison, he would only have to serve 85% of his sentence. That would reduce his sentence by another 34.5 months. So suddenly, a 19-year sentence means Wolf gets out in about 13.5 years. His release date would be early April, 2039, just when Wolf will be celebrating his 58th birthday. The court session, which ended around 3:30 PM, turned out to be an all day affair. Bozo wanted to post the news here first. COM deserves the scoop 🙂.
