I’m assuming this will be an easy question for providers but maybe not. I saw today a provider that had either a status of “now” which is different than “available now” or online less than a minute ago, but the last login was three days ago. Another person was last online a week ago but their last login was a couple months ago. How can the platform know you are online if you don’t log on? Do providers just log on and keep somehow refreshing for days? The provider who has been online now or within minutes all day hasn’t replied to either email or text. I’m having trouble figuring out what may be going on. And why would you say you are available when you aren’t checking your messages or texts for 12 hours (the entire day)? Thanks
