  1. I saw the last production with Crystal Bernard… I remember liking the show but her performance being forgettable (then again, I was a child). As for potential stars, I think Kelly Clarkson would be phenomenal in the role! I also think it would be cool if Reba did it again (a la the infamous “Granny, Get Your Gun”).
  2. I could understand fudging the numbers a little bit, especially to match certain filters, but being completely deceitful can’t possibly yield positive results… back when I was on the hookup apps, I made a point of making my stats as accurate as possible to the extent of even changing my age on my birthday. And I was still turned away a couple of times for not being what the hookup expected, so I could only imagine how much higher the stakes would be if there was money involved.
  3. Beautiful guy, just buddylisted him! Great find… was wondering why I hadn’t seen him before and then scrolled to his older pics with the beard (in which he’s handsome but not nearly as striking).

  5. Neither do I, but that doesn’t mean people can’t tell anyway (funny, it’s much easier to hide being gay than being Jewish).
  6. I see where you’re coming from. Perhaps the fact that (as a Jew) the war impacts me in a way that it does not impact the vast majority of Americans makes me ultra sensitive to the topic.
  7. Bump… has anyone met this incredibly handsome man?
  8. Yep, cruising is my favorite form of travel!
  9. Not surprised; one of my favorite hookups ever was with an oral bottom from South Africa 😍
  10. I just wanted to come on here and express my gratitude for this site and all of you posters! I never thought I’d find community on a message board primarily devoted to male SWs, but here we are. Thank you all for discussing topics most of us don’t have the opportunity to talk about in person or on social media… I truly appreciate the (mostly) respectful banter!
  11. Understood! I guess my point (which has been lost at this point) is that I don’t personally understand why someone would choose as a vacation destination, as a different example Haiti (which has had lots of violence lately) over any other tropical island? ETA: I’m not saying “don’t go” or “avoid at all costs” if you want to go or it’s on your bucket list; I’m saying “why now? Isn’t there somewhere else you want to go that you can go now and then go to the Middle East when things are more relaxed?” I would love to eventually see the pyramids, but I know I’d be a nervous wreck and wouldn’t be able to enjoy myself if I were to go now, but that’s just me.
  12. There is war/unrest going on that impacts the entire huge region. It is obviously not going on everywhere or even in most of the region in any given time, but you really think that it wouldn’t be safer to go to say, Japan, than Egypt or Dubai?
  13. That’s why I put “bad people” in quotations. His actions were bad whether he understood or not.
  14. I never implied that gay people couldn’t figure out how to blend in; that was someone else in the thread. I have spent my entire life blending in lol. I was just saying that with the danger of getting caught and generally being in a war zone, why would a gay person choose to travel to the Middle East when there are so many other options?
  15. I see where you’re coming from, but I wouldn’t consider a basic knowledge of the news and political/religious climate to be “hearsay”. I’m genuinely happy for you and for others on this thread who have had positive experiences traveling to the Middle East, but that doesn’t mean that those of us who would feel unsafe there have invalid reasons.
  16. I don’t think @KensingtonHomo was trolling… multiple things can be true: -Penny is a hero for serving in the military. -Penny did the right thing in standing up for his fellow passengers by restraining Neely. Most people who have ridden the subway in NYC have seen individuals like Neely and have felt threatened by them. -Penny went too far in this restraint, which contributed to Neely’s death and makes him partially accountable. At the end of the day, had Penny not restrained Neely with the amount of force and for the length of time he did (also caused by the wait time for the cops to come), he would not have died that day (and there’s no way to determine how long he would have survived). -Both Neely and Thompson were “bad people.” That doesn’t justify either of their deaths. Neely should have been permanently in jail or a place he could have been treated for his mental illnesses. I hold the system that allowed him on the streets in the first place just as accountable for his death as Penny. The ideal justice for Thompson would have been if he had gotten a debilitating illness and been denied treatment, but legally there was nothing that could have been done to prosecute him for his crimes against humanity.
  17. Why is this gif an hour long? 😍🤤
  18. From data I recently took (for a 1-hour incall): Median: 350 Mode: 400 Mean: 372
  19. Absolutely! I just meant that I didn’t go on Birth Right because it didn’t feel like a safe place to be at the time in general.
  20. Ah, I’m on the opposite end of the Q train (south Brooklyn). I used to see a “half-naked homeless man, playing with his dick, lying down on 4 seats” at least once a week (and it was not the same man every time). When I say “aggressive” I mean on the F they would get in passengers’ faces and ask them directly for things or just yell at them. The half-naked men on the Q who were just lying across seats doing their own thing never did that. Again, this is all just my personal experiences from regularly riding the subways between 2003 and 2020.
  21. Exactly, I don’t understand why a gay person would want to travel to the Middle East in the first place… so much potential for danger (both related and not related to sexuality), and with thousands of other destinations in the world that are just as interesting and a lot safer, why bother? I chose not to go to Israel when I could have gone for free! That said, if for whatever reason you find yourself in Dubai and want to hire someone, I think the safest bet would be to find an established escort (ie someone with reviews here and on RM) who is based elsewhere/also traveling.
  22. This man’s profile is such an interesting juxtaposition- take a guy who is EXACTLY my type in terms of face and body, and then make his intos and style the OPPOSITE of my type… it makes me wonder if he took out some of the piercings and had an emptier profile, whether he would get more or less business.
  23. I took the F train every day for about a decade. It got so bad (delays, rerouting, crowding, crazy people) that I switched to the Q train, which is a longer walk but felt safer and took about the same amount of time… it was only slightly better but worth the extra steps. Since the pandemic, I have been commuting 98% of the time via express bus (which can take significantly longer than the train usually did) to mitigate the health and safety risks. The few times I have had to take a train have actually not been so bad- in fact, yesterday when I took the 2 train to an event, it was relatively empty and perhaps my smoothest subway commute ever. I used to see people matching this description all the time on the Q! Fortunately from my experience, if you don’t engage with them, they don’t bother you. The homeless people and beggars on the F were much more aggressive.
  24. There is no direct difference in safety (in my experience); I only said that because the incidents happened on an F train and a 7 train and I will be taking the 2 or 3. That said, the number trains in my experience have been faster, and less time on/waiting for the train means less potential for something to happen.
  25. Yes, isn’t that a main component of the premise of the support for Mangione? Wouldn’t the CEO be responsible for people being denied healthcare and thus suffering and/or dying?
