One can surely ask but I am not convinced many providers will entertain unless you are a regular or you book a longer session. Time is $$$$ for providers.

There is no "selective enforcement". None. Female sex workers are scrutinized and being denied entry at a rate far higher than their male counterparts:
AI Overview   Female sex workers are stopped, questioned, and denied entry at international borders far more often than their male counterparts. [1, 2, 3] Border enforcement is highly gendered, and immigration officers disproportionately target women using visible cues. Officials frequently use behavioral stereotypes—scrutinizing clothing, luggage, and online social media profiles—to search for indicators of potential sex work or human trafficking. [1, 2] Because of this intense profiling, female travelers face significantly higher scrutiny when crossing into countries with strict immigration controls like the United States or Australia. [1, 2, 4]   As for Milo's tale of woe, keep in mind that the DHS pretty much denied most of what Milo claimed (see the upthread).
Milo knew darn well that "tourists" engaging in sex work in the US is illegal. In fact, as a tourist, he is not allowed to work at all, much less derive income as a prostitute. He knew all of that, yet he continued to do so. He was stupid enough to have all of those conversations and appointments on his phone. He thought because he has Global Entry and was getting away with it for years he had a free pass to come and go as he pleases, all the while, breaking US law.. He now knows differently. Bozo has gotten pulled over for speeding, having a broken tail light, and other infractions. He didn't whine and complain and play the victim card. He paid the fine and moved on. Milo needs to do the same.

I reckon you should first ask yourself as to why you are overthinking such simple normal human interaction. No provider will ever refuse a no-strings-attached gift or a geniune happy birthday wish.
There is no reasons to be anxious unless you are hoping your gesture will be interpreted in a certain way by the receipient.
Did you raise the same question whenever you wish or gift bday present to your mate? Worrying how they would perceive your gesture? I reckon not

You can ask for any time slot be it peak hours or slow hours - he may be flexible, but you are entitled only to the time you are paying for with a provider - expecting additional time so you are not rushed, is disrespectful of his time.  If you want more time to leisurely get dressed etc, book more time and compensate him accordingly

I list places that I’m traveling to and throughout my entire career I’ve always been exceptionally mobile. If I’m in an area, for example the Pacific Northwest: I have no problem driving up to Everest or all the way down to Ashland, Oregon again or anywhere along the Oregon coast and I never charge anything extra for Travel…
I simply work along the way… Sometimes people just offer me something a little extra in a tip, but I never ask for it. I do have to add that as I’m traveling like that, I’m coming to their accommodation, which is something they provide and it’s either their hotel or a cabin or resort or their home or apartment. So, I’m not really worrying about my overhead for accommodations. Clients have typically been very generous about feeding me.
tbh, navigating that way, just really removes an awkward pressure with regard to finances… Unfair with my pricing and I am conscientious about my overhead but, in situations where it really just all becomes about the money and a client paying for anything extra like it’s a cafeteria plan feels like a buzz kill and for me feels like it cuts into what is otherwise the ultimate exchange of intimacy.

I guess I'm in the camp that if you list a "near travel" location, it's someplace convenient that you're willing to travel.
Maybe if you expect extra for the locations you listed as your area, you should make that notation in your ad, or ask for the location before quoting a rate and include your travel time/expense in the quote.

I'm one of those clients who has spent a lifetime of work operating with union contract work schedules, meeting hard deadlines, and massaging massive egos.
I'm retired now, so why subject myself to this level of torture just to have some fun?

If your main aim is to impress a provider, THE sure way is by giving him excessively massive cash tips - or a high end jewelry or a watch. No one will say no to a Patek.
Otherwise, its him, the provider, who should strive to impress you - your job is to be respectful and pay for his service. His job is to peform within agreed parameter.
That said, I would always go for places with great food, doesnt have to be a michelin, just gotta be great food. Or new resto that I wanted to try. Went to dessert bars couple times - had even bought ice cream to eat whilst walking on beach, spent hours just waking and talking. Its all about the connection. My reguler would sometime meet me on super casual clothing, tee and gym short at public park.
As far as accomodatiob, now this is where I would splurge. Pick your accomodation based on what you plan to do in the evening....do you need a bathtub? Jacuzzi? King size bed (for obvious reason)? Balcony (for late night talk before bed or smoke)? Extra spacey room (for 3s)? 24hr room services? Good sound proofing (especially for rough play)? Good room service (for extra towels)? Full set kitchen (I once cook late night snack after play with provider)? Or private pool (for overnight)?
IMO for consideration, a suite in a 4 stars might be a better option than a standard room in a 5stars. A service apartment (that operates like a hotel) is also often a great option.

I reckon this should be discussed upfront with said provider. I have had lunch/ dinner with my regulars without charge, all at their offer. But they are all my regular who I have built a good rapport with.
As a client I would never ask provider's time for free (sexual or not). Paying for their accomodation is not equal to paying for their time.
Rather than paying for his 1-week long accomodation, why not hire him for an overnight? Most if not all providers will prefer cash I reckon.

Interesting arrangement.  The only appeal I can see is perhaps a power dynamic?  Just having someone waiting in the wings at ones  beck and call no matter what?  $30K/mo can get anyone a small team of beautiful men on repeat if one is so inclined.

You would be wise to confirm with each provider about what the expectation is. How many hours of sleep do they require, or is this really an all nighter? And is there anything unusual about their sleeping patterns? Do they take a sleeping pill and require 6 hours of actual sleep? And what time do they expect to leave in the morning? Does that involve another round before they take off? Better to ask in advance and not be disappointed!

This is my common practice also (as a client). Easier and higher chance of a well coordinated smooth multi-providers session. Though I would typically tip the originator provider for the helping with logistic.
IMO my regulars prefer this approach as this allow them certain degree of control in managing the session be it to ensure client satisfaction, less awkwardness between providers (as would be expected if the providers never work in tandem prior) or just to offer an 'above and beyond client service' - all of which are very much appreciated from my end.

If I were in your shoes I'd bring this up during the initial texts with a provider. I'd simply say "I love providing oral but I have full mouth dentures which I usually prefer to remove when giving oral. Would you be ok with that during our encounter?" You never want to spring anything at all on a provider when he is already there and the session has begun. It just makes the whole session a lot more enjoyable and relaxing knowing you have everything squared away beforehand. And if the provider is not ok with that or would make them uncomfortable best to know beforehand and not remove your dentures or move on to another provider.

I would normally do a reasonably thorough research before hiring save for this one time where I was so horny and decided to hire ignoring red flags. Session concluded shorter than 30mins, action itself was probably 10mins or so, I did not finish and he never offer to assist. Never again. Always always do research.
