Dear Diary...any ideas where I could keep notes securely on sessions I've had?

OK, gentlemen,

I have reached a milestone birthday and I know that my hiring days are numbered; I'd like to keep a diary of my massage and escort sessions for my own personal reference, but I don't want anyone else's eyes to ever see it--not my husband, not my kids, not anyone. I've had a past partner find a diary and it was not a pleasant experience--he created a scene and I felt quite violated.

I am using the DayOne app for general reflections, but even then I am very cautious in what I write; does anyone have any ideas where I can keep notes about my experiences?

There are several apps which 1) appear on the device as a generic utility, such as a calculator, 2) require a passcode to see any screen other than they utility, 3) can house various content - text files, photos, videos, etc.

Most of those I’ve seen are free for the version packed with ads and a relatively modest amount for an ad-free version.

unfortunately, the physical journal doesn't solve the "for my eyes only" issue; I have looked further in to the encryption options for a DayOne journal; the app itself can be password protected; but then each journal has the option of having end-to-end encryption; I am still thinking about it and will look at options, including just keeping all of my thoughts in my head!!!!

Nothing is for your eyes only unfortunately .

Encryption can be broken is just a matter of how long it takes to do it.

Can't you just password-protect a file? Or do you not feel you will be able to remember a password that others wouldn't guess?

Have you considered creating a code so that only you will understand the notes? (OK, then there is the problem that you may forget the code.)

Do yinz know that ny 400lbs guy in his basement can reach all your posts on here and publish them? Specially now that you're asking for better ways to hiding your hires.

We all care about our privacy but (as much as I appreciate the OP for asking about this issue) in this case is it worth the effort?

My advice, just don't run for office or you'll be blackmail by Putin and others.

Evernote allows encryption of text within a note. I've used it for several years. You can use the free version on any iOS device, but the desktop version is premium only. I've used it for over five years and have found it very useful, although I find the iOS UI a little confusing sometimes.

I noticed in yesterday's Facebook hearings Z was asked if communications in say WhatsApp, could be read. He replied no, WhatsApp is encrypted end-to-end. He didn't clarify that Facebook Messenger is not (neither are texts). Non-US guys use WhatsApp almost exclusively because it's cheaper than texts. US Escorts should too. Once someone with WhatsApp is in your contacts, they show up in your WhatsApp contacts also. I think Apple is encrypted too.

I'm going to start suggesting my US guys get WhatsApp for privacy on business dealings.
