Completely agree with you but it's realistic to ask the question and expect an honest answer.   You know the numbers and whatever precautions should be taken that you feel warranted.

I agree with you.  Mike Gaite is a teddy bear.  I think he still has an older guy boyfriend because I have a friend that knows him as well.

I'm sorry that happened to you. He was probably my best hire in 15 years of hiring (2002 to 2017). If not, then definitely in the top 3 with Andrew Justice and maybe either Tyger or an escort from the long defunct Man To Man Escorts Agency that I can't think of his name right now.

i won't bend over backwards to defend him  as some posters do for their favorites.  It looks like for whatever reason, he screwed up.  As the saying goes, "Even Homer nods."
