Anyone else not hiring specifically due to lack of interest?

I live in a big city but I guess I'm much pickier than the average person. If I'm going to spend money on a guy, I want to be into both his face and body and a lot of times the RM availability will hit one or the other, but usually not both. Sadly I just haven't been too interested in any guys in a while. There are some men in other towns and internationally that look fantastic, but it's just not worth the time to travel for that kind of fun.

Hiring for me is rare, and almost always out of town when I have a hotel.  There are very few providers that tick all my boxes, and I'm not paying over 300 an hour. Too stressful to be that worried about the clock. I'd rather pay 1200 for an overnight.

I'd rather go without or just get a massage with a HE which I can do much more cheaply.

It’s so weird that I have been meticulous about picking someone then they end up not being a great match and then someone I see on a whim ends up surprising me. I wonder what that’s about? Expectations vs none?

My local selection, although large, is full of rather unappealing providers these days. I can enjoy a vivid Jack-off session before falling into a deep sleep for free.

I’m not hiring right now mainly due to a lack of desire rather than a lack of funds. We are not “spoiled for choice” where I live so most of my hires are either visitors to my area or I hire when out of town. (Local providers have not responded well to me.) I’m lucky to have one or two “non-provider” options when the mood strikes. After my last two “encounters” I felt strangely empty rather than satisfied. So, I’ve pulled back on hiring until I can figure out what it is I want.

I'd say our hiring has slowed for two reasons. Our regulars are not available when we want to meet up. NYC has a few escort "types," most of which do not appeal to us. They probably make up 3/4 of the escorts. 

Also, we prefer to host, and with the weather being what it was for most of the past three months, it's been a hard sell to get guys to come to us. 

So it's not a lack of interest per se, but more an unwillingness to settle for a likely subpar experience that will also cost more than usual.

As prices have increased, so have my standards of what I’m willing to accept.

When guys want $400/hr they better be perfect and EXACTLY what I want. That rarely happens.  Ive found less expensive outlets to satisfy my urges

The current pricepoints, along with the escalating tattooing and piercings craze, have greatly diminished my appitite for hiring.

The lack of interest in hiring is also reflective of a lack of interest in being sexual in any form.
