I do organize group stuff frequently, but I prefer to be the guy reaching out to providers, as opposed to having them recruit. I don’t always trust random guys from Grindr, and I tend to stick with trusted providers like those I mentioned in that thread.

Arranging a group on Grindr in real time almost never works. It’s a thousand questions back and forth and the guys never show up. In NYC, I would post an ad ahead of time on Sniffies.

I could recommend a provider who would not be good at organizing the event but would probably participate. A mix of providers and clients could be fun. I

I have hired multiple providers at once before - my advice is to get a provider who you have seen a few times and ask him to recruit the others for the session. They will have screened them/ worked with them before and it's the best way to arrange a group of 2-3 escorts.

I totally agree with that, and what I am about to write does not mean to contradict, but offer an additional option.

I've also had tremendous luck with retaining either one guy or two guys who I know well independently -- and then also retaining another that none of us know but who we've all agreed that we like his profile.  (If there are two guys I know, I make sure they have never played with each other either.) This removes all sorts of "per-rehearsed" moves, and a lot of exploring and surprises ensue. I've never had a problem -- but have always assumed if the total unknown is a total dud, there still going to be a great time between me and the guy[s] I already know. 

(Several times, I've actually had less fun hiring people who are actual couples IRL....and seem to be in a sexual rut and say things like "we don't do that.")

I’ve had the pleasure of doing this a few times with various providers. It’s challenging finding guys who are comfortable working with others so I agree that it’s best to find one who can get the others- best way to ensure they show up and everyone is comfortable with the scene
