1) Right size (not too big, not too small)

2) Understands the right angle of attack to find “that spot”

I think, and this is just my opinion, that the question is a little too general. It is as complex as human sexuality is. I'm not sure all bottoms like being treated the same way, excited the same way or by the same person. One can be skillful, attractive and hot, but have no chemistry or not be liked by a given person.

I guess that the one thing that makes a good top is to find the think that a given bottom likes the way he likes it, given that such bottom is actually attracted to such top.
