Last night, one of my favorite masseurs was in town, so I made an appointment with him. This was probably the fourth or fifth visit in the past two years. I always book erotic with him for $225. Being my birthday this weekend, I wanted to treat myself to a great erotic massage with a lot of interaction, which this guy always provided.

When I showed up at his hotel room, I noticed he now had a pierced bottom lip which looked 'odd' on him (he's in his 30s, and it just threw his looks off).  Also, he had a bandaid on his penis.  I asked him what happened and he said he cut himself shaving earlier that day.  Not only did that take away from the aesthetic of his beautiful cock, but I realized it was going to be impossible to masturbate him (as I always do as part of the erotic component, while he finishes me off). I mentioned this to him, and he just laughed. Funny thing is, I wonder if he just stuck that on him for me not to touch him, or he really did 'cut himself'.

So overall, the massage was a good therapeutic with some sensual elements and a happy ending.  When it came time to pay with Venmo, I said out loud 'You charge $170 for a sensual massage, correct ?' I took him off-guard, he said something with a laugh, and I Venmoed him $170. He didn't say anything.

I think this was my last time with him - 2025 is around the corner, and it's time I 'cleaned house' and look for some new masseurs.

a band-aid on his dick? I would have walked away... what if it was something other than a "cut while shaving"?

You’ve had four or five great appointments with someone you’ve described as one of your favorites. Maybe it’s worth revisiting after the dust settles? If you trust him and you’ve developed a rapport, maybe it’s worth trying again? In the meantime, definitely explore your options. Happy birthday!

I think with the lip ring and the band aid, it just set he whole appointment off kilter. I couldn't wait for it to end.

Does he show his face the way he looks now with the lip ring in his ad?

I remember an escort visiting from New York 20 years ago before beards were popular, and from one day to another he shaved his lumbersexual style beard not knowing it was a main thing attracting guys to him.

I understand choosing not to go to him again, but paying him less after the session is over because you feel cheated out for not being able to jerk him off seems bizarre to me.

He really may have cut himself OR that's simply not a part of his erotic session and you've been overstepping this entire time.

He doesn't style his face or penis for you and I get it if the massage didn't live up to your erotic standards, but you weren't cheated out of anything. He was obviously naked, gave you a "good" massage with happy ending and you could've touched him in any other location.

Sounds like you both dodged bullets

Happy birthday. Sorry you didn't enjoy the experience.

I prefer not to comment on anything else, as there seem to be some things that might or might not be fabricated for avoiding giving the full service that you expected, and some things seem more out of your personal preference.

2025 might be a good time to start exploring new people.

Best.

I guess now I know the difference between sensual and erotic? Always wondered

Plenty of threads on the subject.

To me a massage is a massage but some want to go into escort territory: jerking off, oral, anal, etc.

I don't know if I would say 'cheated', more 'disappointed'.  I paid him for what he delivered - a sensual massage, not an erotic massage for whatever reasons he had.

If I go to a restaurant and order a $25 turkey dinner, and the server brings me a $12 turkey sandwich instead because they sold out of turkey dinners, I'm disappointed - not cheated. And I'm not paying $25 for the sandwich just because I originally ordered the dinner. Doesn't make sense. And I don't think the server would expect me to do so.

So if he's a 'professional' I should expect he would realize he's getting paid for a 'sensual' massage since he couldn't deliver the 'erotic' massage.

$55.00

Yes. The "erotic" massage cost 55 more than the "sensual" massage.

And as far as I'm concerned, it was fair to deduct that. He came to the session unable to perform an erotic massage similar to the one you established already.

I don't like lip piercings either, and that's a valid preference for not hiring someone.

I agree, you pay for the service you get, not the service you booked but did not receive. I'm an anti-piercing guy. I can barely deal with tattoos. If I had a relationship with a masseur, and the service included kissing, and then one day I show up to find a piercing in his lip, I would probably throw up. For me, that would be a very negative surprise, a total turn-off. If mutual touch was also part of the past experience, and the guy arrives with a band aid on his cock without saying anything about it before he arrives, then I would classify that as unprofessional. I would see this appointment as a pure money-grab, with no respect for the former client, whatsoever. This behavior is a good reason to move on. As others have noted, nothing terrific lasts forever, especially when it comes to this kind of service.
