And there shouldn’t be - known to have dangerous combo effects with some substances (eg G)

Well, yes. The few PNPs experiences I've been part of were not with junkies. They knew what they were doing. I know that many here are skeptical, but my experience tells me that there are many users of chem sex who do not go down the route of addiction, descontrol, and death.

Let's not use the word "junkie." I've known many good people who ended up with substance abuse issues. The current thinking is that addiction is caused not by the substance but by the social and psychological circumstances of the user. That's why people who are healthy, well-adusted, and have strong social ties can have surgery, use oxycontin for a few days or weeks, and then never think about it again. However, if you have unaddressed trauma, low social ties, extreme stress and other factors, you can become dependent.

Johan Hari's book "Chasing the Scream" is an incredible historical look at addiction. The short version is criminalization makes everything worse.

My apologies. I should have chosen my words more carefully.

There is also a medical aspect - some addiction is physical where the body craves something and will react accordingly to the point of potentially shutting down if needs not met (this is the kind mothers can pass on to unborn kids). Other addiction is likely more mental and easier to hide (and treat).

Different PnP substances (and sometimes the manner of consumption) can affect the body and mind differently.

What about if a provider made you pnp without telling you what it was? I mentioned to him that I was open to almost anything and CNC. He asked if I smoked and I told him weed so I thought that what was given. I do want to meet with him again, without T, because he mostly made me smoke the whole hour and didn't hit me enough like I asked

No one makes you do anything unless they are physically threatening you. You weren't "made" to use drugs you agreed to do so. Take some responsibility here.

I didn’t agree to meth.

I have story about PNP that I'm willing to share if anyone is interested in reading it. I also have some input about how PNP relates to me thorough out my my lengthy ( thankful  and grateful ) involvement in the biz.

Also not to use the word "degenerate" to refer to a homeless man choked to death by a vigilante.

Back to subject unfortunately PNP is a slippery slow into drug addiction,  losing your job, and later on homelessness and other problems. Many escorts finish their careers with absolutely no savings because of drug addiction.

Not into the PNP scene.    If you are not,  I'd just bypass  those who list it.    It is your choice on what you want with your booking.   There are many other escort options available in which that isn't a preference.

Yeah, this is my way. If an escort lists it, I don't even contact them. I'm sober and my husband is a social drinker. I come from a family with substance abuse issues, and I have no desire to deal with strangers who are on drugs.

OK, give me a couple of hours. I'm at the gym at the moment. Talk about the gift that keeps on giving lol then I'm gonna find a Chinese restaurant for my post workout meal 🙂

I hope that you are not ordering a duck. I am still slightly traumatized 😂

Oh for the kids the Viagra turns them into steel rod fuck machines. They love that; and so do I !!

It would be interesting if Escorts advertised as "I'll take Viagra, even though I'm always hard, to be a steel rod fuck machine"!

Using any drug an escort hands you is EXTREMELY risky. That's in any case.

PNP could pertain to marijuana as well.  During the years that one man in San Francisco, we would share all or part of a joint then proceed to engage in some fantastic play., with him I never had an adverse reaction.

I've written about him before, for today he no longer escorts, and during my last year of our meeting, he began to classify and identify himself as STRAIGHT.  So I ceased engaging his services.  Our sessions ceased to be "steaming" as well.

I did have two very bad experiences with two men.  The first one served me water that he'd spiked.  At the end of the session, I was so fucking disoriented that I was out of it upon departing his apartment.

The other gave me a joint from which I took only two puffs and was out of it.  I had trouble meandering his friggin' wooden stairs upon my leaving; I was in another frame of mine while walking back to my hotel, and shall always remember that man (escort in San Francisco, SF Steve) and am NOT apprehensive in writing his name in a public space.

Nowadays if I see a man and he desires to imbibe, I purchase our marijuana although I haven't played in a while.

If you took a survey asking specifically escorts who specialize in providing PNP as service for clients

“would providing marijuana be considered a suitable replacement drug for a client who’s expressed wanting pnp as a part of the session?”

the answer would be overwhelmingly NO

Oh & SF Steve was one of my original mentors when I first began escorting; he’s a good man & wouldnt ever purposely cause anyone to have a “bad trip”.  Rather, what happened is Steve (like myself) is a purveyor of extremely good, “top shelf” caliber quality that you werent use to.

I always have to tell my clients when dosing themselves (for example) if they are use to doing 2cc’s of G, scale down and only do 1.5 etc
