15-20 minute sessions

As someone looking to have his first experience with a provider, I’d love for there to be an option to do a 15-20 minute session as a test run of sorts, or just a quick way to release.  Wouldn’t it make sense/be a good business model for providers to provide these services at a rate that is about half their hourly rate and would allow for more turnover between clients and more potential regulars?  Why is this not a common offering (or offering at all)?

I personally wouldn't like it. To pay roughly $150 for a quick handjob or blowjob with no time to get comfortable isn't worth it. I like to take a little more time than that with some chatting, kissing, body exploration, and savoring. 🥰

I totally get that, but 20 minutes can be more than it sounds like!  Some of my most memorable hookups have been quickies that felt much longer!

You also have to factor preparation time, travel time (for outcalls), allowing time for late clients, cleanup time (for incalls) etc.

A 20 minute session may still require an hour and a half total time or more to service, and not command a high enough rate to justify it.

Ah, that makes sense!  There would obviously have to be a different set of rules like incall only, no anal penetration, etc.  But then again, like @56harrisond inferred, as someone with no experience I have no clue how much preparation/overhead goes into a session.

I can’t remember who said it, but another provider said there’s an inverse relationship to the amount of time spent, and the expectation within that time.

IE you expecting 15 minutes of my time, you’re almost always going to expect me to cum, and if I don’t, you’ll be disappointed. Va the option to spend at least an hour or more. Less of a time crunch, less expectations tied to time, etc.

IE: if I’m expected to do my job in 15 minutes, the probability you’ll be less satisfied is higher than if you spend more time

That brings up another problem with short sessions:  it breaks the fiction that clients are paying for time and not sex.  Once you have to start taking things off the menu because the time is too short, it's kind of saying that you're paying for the sex.  Setting a minimum time without spelling out what's on offer helps keep the fiction intact.

I've heard of some escorts willing to do 30 minute sessions, but they're pretty rare.

Back in the early 2000 I remember an SF escort advertising in the BAR and used to offer "Lunch Time 20–30-minute Specials". He would meet guys at their office or nearby someplace down in the Financial District. Later in the evening it was regular 1-hour+ secciones. The ad caught my attention because he offered something different like a "quicky" at noon at very reasonable prices too! I must admit I haven't seen anybody else advertise this again.

I actually did do something like this,  during the past week.   It was the client I talked about on the thread I started on "nervous clients".

We chatted,  I kissed him and got him undressed and had what I call an "introductory session".   It was a little less than what I charge for an hour,  but I know he considered it an awesome experience and loved the blowjob.    I'm trying to create a long term client here and for me,  the positive nature of the experience was the single most important thing.    He won't be nervous next time.

Different business model. Consequently attracting different market and value.

Every once in a while I see a guy advertise this, but I would think for most providers it isn't worth it and I don't even know how much of a market there is for it.

There’s a market for just about anything, be it large or small. Niche offerings have a certain appeal. For example, the lunchtime quickie special appeals to clients who otherwise wouldn’t hire at all because they have a difficult time getting away from work, family, or other responsibilities. If that provider is the only one offering his niche service delivery model, he may get a good amount of extra work that way. Maybe he tends to be busy evenings and this is a way to make some extra during times he’s less likely to be booked.

Sure, it’s not for everyone, but I see how someone could easily find this approach worthwhile. Depends on what each party is going for and what makes sense for the provider to offer. Personally, I don’t see the benefit of a revolving door business model, but maybe this works well for someone else, especially if he is sticking with appointments that require less time to prepare, and not shooting a load every time.

Clients vary too. Some want multi-day blowout experiences, some want a half hour or less quickie, and then there’s everything in between, which is the bulk of the market demand. If the market supports you and you can make a good business from _____ business model, why the hell not?

No it wouldn't be a good business model.

Besides escorts don't like clients who are cheap.

For example, these guys offer short sessions ("vluggertje") for 30 euro (about 32 US$) but in my opinion, I would book two hours for a first session, not 15-20 minutes.

In most European countries it's legal and therefore cheaper.

In my honest opinion, the OP was suggesting American escorts to offer this rates. Europe and South America are a whole different world!

In my opinion it's the opposite, if you book an escort that has to pay VAT (21%) and other taxes like health insurance and more (sometimes up to fifty percent) it would be more expensive, wouldn't it?

I was referring to escorts rate in Europe compared to the USA.

Wasn't that clear?

Here in DC guys charge $250 to $350 and sometimes $400.

I've never heard of a European escort (unless he's a BelAmi star) charge $300 or 281 💶for 1 hour!

I was suggesting American escorts charge around $150-$200 for a 20-minute session, not $32 lol.  For the activities I would want to do the first time meeting a hook-up of any kind, 20 minutes is more than enough, and I don’t think $150-$200 is “cheap”.  And completely disregarding any financial aspect, not every potential client can even get away from their lives for a full hour.  I personally have a very tight schedule and have even considered paying for a full hour but saying “I can only stay around 20 minutes”.

I didn't say 32 euros.... please quote whoever said that.

Pay the full hour and stay 5 minutes if that's enough for you to climax. Your choice!
