I’m so sad to report, RIP tyro.

I have been informed by my long-time retired escort friend @raulgmanzo that @tyro passed away “after a long battle with cancer” on her 48th birthday (in February this year.) As I’ve shared before, she was the first forum member to have greeted me when I initially joined this site, welcoming me “with open arms!”

She and I had @raulgmanzo in common (we had both hired him and become his friend, and then each other’s friend, upon meeting in Chicago a few years ago. She was one of three ladies who posted regularly here, @quoththeraven, @FreshFluff and herself, taking the label, “salty broad.” There was one wonderful weekend in Chicago when the three of us, RGM, myself and Tyro, wandered around the city with RGM explaining some of the most interesting sights and buildings. Raul is always such a font of Chicago history and information!

It appears @quoththeraven hasn’t posted in quite a while (since the pandemic?) so, @FreshFluff, it seems it’s up to you to represent the fairer sex on this forum now.

When I think of @tyro, she was a fiercely loyal friend, always ready to share hiring adventures (she must have hired every bi- escort working for a while!) and just listen, always, giving me positive feedback over the years! This salty broad was truly a unique and special lady. I sadly mourn her passing and will miss her tremendously!

I plan to have my first pre-emptive full body MRI in two years. Most cancers can be nipped in the bud if they're found early. The problem is that you usually don't feel symptoms if you have an early-stage cancer and by the time you feel sick enough to go the doctor the cancer has spread.

Thanks for this update, @TruHart1 -- so sad to hear this news, but glad to know... And so sorry for your and Raul's loss.

Tyro and I enjoyed many a memorably frank/hilarious exchange via DM. Salty, indeed, yet always genuine and interested in my (then) newbie adventures with this hobby. Exemplified the best qualities of the folks who use this forum.

Oh my God. I thought she was doing ok. I messaged her a hear ago and was going to contact her again.

I had texted her on her birthday in February and also texted her on Valentines Day, not knowing that she had passed. That was one of her personality traits - whenever she referenced her medical troubles, she always put a positive spin on it. The last text she answered was in response to a Happy 2022 New Year’s text I sent her, when she simply said that she might have a “Big surgery possibly coming soon…..” I miss her.
