Physical and moral revulsion are emotional cousins but associated with different cognitive states and autonomic nervous system processing. If you are primed to categorize the phenomenon of idiosyncratic physical disgust in relation to an entity as evidence of sociopathy, based on your background experience with an individual in which your perception is already negatively oriented, then your moral indignation related to this one isolated example is no less a logical fallacy than his assuming that his subjective and protracted physical response, also anchored in context, categorically defines the entity as disgusting. (I did not detect such an assertion on his part.) This bias alone nullifies the argument that the isolated phenomenon exemplifies a social background priming the privilege of othering. 
The legitimacy of moral (eg, character, personality) judgement is no less arguable than the physically induced affective state of revulsion. We see that either may spontaneously manifest and reside on a continuum of alterability.

My sense is that an earring was at first incongruous with stereotypical masculinity and the rogue pirate analogy was invoked to neutralize any tone of femininity. Then which side ear to further stratify identification, that then seemingly neutralized. Yet earrings on a boardroom suit might not fly, or work well in certain job interviews. Values shaping place and time inevitably come into play.
Tattoos on females may be considered less highly stylized and less overly faddish a look compared to when the trend began. 
Nose rings evoke bovine imagery for me. He’d have to be face down, however hot, for me to not feel going down the bestiality hole. Automatic pass on such an ad. Admittedly, rigid terms of personal taste.
Rolling with tattoos in intimacy, not much choice. Eventually arousal paired with ink seems to neutralize misgivings. However, less is more and I don’t get the addition to infinity trend. Most likely true. I grew up in an all white American small city where everyone was circumcised. So that's what looks "normal" to me. It's a reasonable argument that had circumcision not been the standard, I wouldn't be repulsed by it. But the fact remains that I didn't see an uncut dick for many years. So my mind says "yuck" when I see one. Nothing I can do to change that.

I think that to label male circumcision as “mutilation” is not outrageous because the ethical discourse surrounding it and female genital mutilation, though circumcision is obviously not monolithic, overlaps. The term need not undermine the concept of oppression of females since the physical result overrides personal autonomy and the beneficence of male circumcision is arguable. 
I think that to label genital intactness as “gross” is not valid because male, female, and intersex genital intactness is naturalistic and not behaviourally coarse or vulgar. It may be nonpreferred but if it evokes disgust that is contextually determined, assortative. Surely the total absence of male circumcision would never have induced revulsion.

Whether you like intact or circumcised, there is no need to call the other one gross or mutilated or less-than or ‘other’. It’s mean and unnecessary. It serves no purpose except to put others down. 
Same goes for kinks and fetishes. Everyone has a yum. Everyone has a yuk. There is no need to emphasize the yuk. Share what you DO like and celebrate those things. 
At the same time, I agree it’s fair to inquire as to what you are potentially paying for. Someone’s body should have features important to you since you’re paying for the privilege of access to said body. Quite all right to pass on a provider that doesn’t align with your range of ‘yums’.
Remember, a lot of this is based on culture, traditions, and personal preferences. Circumcised men here in the US, by and large, did not choose to be circumcised. In the latter half of the 20th century, it was the default practice based on cultural norms, peer pressure, and claims about health benefits.
Some of the claims have a basis in science, but many of them are exaggerated and a means to justify imposing personal preferences on others and society at large.
Circumcision doesn’t excuse us from teaching our kids good hygiene habits and sex ed. There is no opt-out option for babies. We (society) imposed this on our newborns without their consent. Too bad if you don’t want an altered body as an adult. In my mind, baby circumcision is akin to piercings and tattoos without one’s consent.
To Jews, it’s a sacred practice of expressing outwardly with one’s body that he is set apart and chosen. That’s beautiful, but it still decides something permanently for the kid without his consent, whether he wants to practice his family’s tradition or not. It kind of defeats the set-apart symbolism purpose when the vast majority of gentiles in a given place are circumcised.

I too have a mild preference for circumcised guys but when you’re face down in the pillow and your ass is up in the air, why would I care if you’re circumcised or not. 
You may as well require that they be left-handed and have 6 toes on their right foot too.
To each his own, but I think you’re limiting your fun by being too specific. And that’s coming from another top who also likes circumcised guys.

On Thursday I was looking for a same day appointment and in the morning around 9:30 contacted a provider that interested me on the RM site. I sent on RM chat this message  “ Hi, my name is “x”. Do you do erotic massages on an in-call basis? And if so what are your rates?”
When I hadn’t heard back from my first choice by 11 am I used the same message to my second choice. He responded back in less than 10 minutes. We quickly established a date for 4 o’clock that afternoon and the rest went smoothly as I have described in another post in the Deli section on the Spanish guy.

Man, when I was a kid, they made such a big deal about that in my neighborhood.  There was only one socially acceptable way to wear an earring. I remember hearing this often enough:
