One of the things I love about this hobby is that so many of us have different taste in the escorts we appreciate. This guy is not Chancealots physical type while on the other hand is is most definitely mine. I must say I have a fondness for pretty boys. If he were every to spend some time here on the West Coast I might be tempted to set up something. However, some of his requirements in my humble opinion border the absurd. I'll just have to keep my eye on him and see if me manages to mature a bit.

How much salt to use depends on two things: Ones personal health, and Ones personal taste. I for example salt nearly everything, usually even before I taste it because I like food salty. My doctor claims salt is NOT a cause of high blood pressure but it can definitely aggravate already existing high blood pressure. At 81 I am not on blood pressure medication as I have NEVER had high blood pressure in my life. I entertain a great deal and under salt all the food I prepare for my guests. I put salt on the table and they can easily add additional salt if they wish. It is very easy to add salt to food at the table but impossible to remove it from food at the table.

Recipes are a guide.   If you can't tolerate (or don't like) salt or any other ingredient, leave it out, and substitute something else!   One good thing about this recipe - the chicken is not breaded and fried, making it lighter than many Chicken Marsala recipes.

I have one caveat for those of you considering a three-way with these two guys.  Make damn sure you have a king size bed at your disposal -- you will NEED it.  My bed, at home, is queen sized and we had some difficulty keeping the three of us on it.  These two guys a big men and you will definitely need lots of space to play around with them.

After over twenty years of posting on this site I have come to the conclusion that’s it time and more that The Lounge and The Political Forum be killed off and buried.

The Lounge: There was a time when this forum was a catch all for multiple interesting topics. Those days are gone. With the addition of forums like: Men’s Health, Personal Finance and Investing, What’s Cooking and Remembering Daddy what is the point of The Lounge. As far as I’m concerned it has become a repository of mostly meaningless trivia. When all these additional topics were available on The Lounge, we could find multiple topics in ONE forum that interested us.
The Political Forum: In the United States from its very inception, as a nation, politics has been a raucous, riotous, blood sport. If you do not believe that then you simply do not know U.S. history. Simply look back at the shenanigans that took place during the writing of the U.S. Constitution between the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists. Look back at the Presidential Election of 1804 possibly the dirtiest presidential election in U.S. history. Look back at the fist fights and cannings that took place on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in the last two decades prior to the Civil War. Look back at the verbal fisticuffs that took place in Congress after World War I during the debate over joining the League of Nations. It now seems that the moderators would like to turn The Political Forum into a tea party for little old ladies. Just as an example lets say I post something in The Political Forum that prompts another poster to come back calling me “a god damn stupid fucking asshole Republican”. Why should I or, for that matter, any other poster or posters give a tinkers damn. This is an anonymous site, and we DO NOT know each other. Why should I give a damn what someone I don’t know, don’t respect and don’t give a shit about thinks or says about me. Guys grow up, develop a thick skin and if you find that impossible to do then stay the hell out of the Political Forum.
This is not, for me a matter of simply NOT liking change. If change, in my opinion, changes things for the better I’m all for it. If, however, change is simply for change sake I think it is worthless. In these cases I DO NOT see how they have improved the site.

Damn this thread makes me feel old and the truth is, I am. I first started posting here in the summer of 2002. Hired my first escort in the fall of that year and fortunately am able to continue doing so today. However, it has gotten to the point that I "almost" ashamed to tell the guy I'm hiring my real age. Maybe I should take a lesson from the escorts who shave years off their ages.

Basically, he took two sick days from work.  He did not need to apologize for being sick, but he  did need to express condolences about your time together being interrupted   At  the least, after he was well again, a compensatory offer should have been made.  It would have been awkward for you to bring it up, but as he did not, you  should have done so.   Something along the lines of:  I know you feel bad about not being at your best  for our weened together, but I am confident you will make up for that the next time we get together. would be a way to initiate such a conversation.
If he gives no indication of any type of remorse for the interrupted weekend and does not see fit to try and make up for it, I believe you should consider it a Lost Weekend and him a Lost Companion.

I find this topic highly interesting. I entertain a great deal. I never have my parties catered as I love doing all the cooking myself. Most of my parties are small sit-down dinners with six to eight guests. My place is small, about twelve hundred square feet plus a small-nice patio. Three or four times a year, however, I do host large gatherings usually forty to fifty attendees. With that many guests, in my small place, the dinner is served buffet style. I set up an elaborate drink table in the patio and guests make their own drinks thus they can make them as weak or strong as they like. I have one wonderful friend who, I have learned, is not happy being a guest. She prefers to be involved thus she helps me by setting up the buffet table and seeing that the drink table remains well stocked. She thoroughly enjoys being “useful” and makes my life a great deal easier. I do not even mind doing all the clean-up after the party, it gives me time to wind down and relax. A week or so after the party I take my friend out to dinner to a nice restaurant where we enjoy dissecting the party discussing things to keep and things to discard for my next gathering – great fun for the both of us.
One of the highlights of the Palm Springs Weekend, for me, is preparing and serving nearly all the food for the Sunday Pool Party. I stay at our hosts condominium and am thus able to do all the prep work on Friday afternoon and all-day Saturday. I start cooking early Sunday morning. Sometimes I think our host would like to kill me as I become very possessive of his kitchen.
P.S. Now to answer the specific question on this thread. I absolutely loathe tip jars under any and all circumstances, including at Starbucks. I am a very generous tipper and do NOT need to be reminded to do so.

Exactly - I will not buy branded clothing no matter how "stylish" or "prestigious."   Actually, I take that back.  I don't mind buying branded stuff from places like Target because the only messages it conveys are that I'm thrifty and I that  I  don't care (too much) about what others think.

I agree 💯.  The ONLY place a tip jar is acceptable is for a piano player at a bar or lounge or street musicians, whose hands are otherwise occupied and cannot stop to accept a tip.  Bartenders, cocktail waitress, taxi and shuttle drivers, and fast food cashiers do not need tip jars.  If I really wanted to give them a tip, their hands are free to accept it while I'm paying them for my service.
But a tip request for guests at a private event is especially offensive.  It's right up there with inviting someone to your house for dinner, then asking them to pay for half of the groceries after they arrive.
