Beancounter reacted to maninsoma in Budget provider
I'll be the contrarian here.
I think there's a lot of justification/rationalization on this site regarding rates and quality. I actually don't think that higher rates necessarily equates to a better quality experience. Some of the worst erotic massages I ever had were from guys who charged the most. One of my favorite escorts (whom I hired many times) was a college student who set his rates so low that I always tipped him very generously. My other regular had rates that were average at the time. I also used to hire off Craigslist quite a lot and had many good experiences with guys whose rates were on the lower end, and a few times I hired guys with higher profiles for a higher rate and didn't enjoy myself nearly as much. One of the worst was a "porn star" who just seemed haggard and very well may have been coming down off a meth bender. I'm not saying that I never enjoyed myself with someone whose rates were towards the top of the tier; I'm just saying that my enjoyment historically has had little correlation with how much I was paying.

Thank you! Kissing is something I reserve for my personal life is why I don’t usually do it with clients. I’m sure if the rate was raise much higher I could accommodate but other than that I’m sorry. You too.
Hi, thank you for your interest in my services. I typically work by appointment. My rate starts at 400 an hour. It can go up depending on the clients request.
I contacted this provider last week and I’ve posted his response to kissing above as well as his rate. I thanked him and moved on.

A 3.2% increase sounds roughly about right. Pretty much aligned with current inflation. Much less of an increase compared to this years increase…but inflation has dropped dramatically in the last 12 months.

I am glad to see the increase as I will start collecting SS in one year when I turn 66 and 1/2 . Best wishes to all.

You are correct about numbers 1 and 2. As for 3, a semi-colon rather than a comma should have been used before "however."

I used to use bankrate but found they don't list a lot of banks. DoC (Doctor of Credit) has a section that lists high yields around the US.

Beancounter reacted to + DynamicUno in Dallas - Ft. Worth sex sting
I think we had another thread about this when Texas passed the statute that treats solicitation at a felony. While it seems the recent sting operations focused mostly on heterosexual male clients, there's nothing that prevents them from targeting gay clients in the future. An ambitious DA or sheriff with plans to run for higher office would just see gay clients as yet another unsympathetic demographic they can use for easy convictions.
If hiring in Texas, I'd stay with ads on RM for well established providers and avoid any ads that are very new with no reviews. I'd definitely avoid A4A or Backpage type sites.

I took the plunge with Ranch Baron while in Nashville. Absolutely one of the BEST hours I’ve ever spent with a provider. Highly recommend if you get the chance.

Beancounter got a reaction from Strafe13 in 411 on Ranch Baron coming to Omaha
I checked my text messages with RanchBaron from June of 2022 concerning rates. Quoting his text “As for rates, when I host I get a hotel and the cost is covered by me. Rates would be $300/hour. $400/90 min. $500 /2 hrs. If you host and within reasonable distance then knock off $100 off all the above rates so $200/60 min, $300/90 min, or $400/120 min.”
Keep in mind this message was from June 2022 and seeing him in Nashville. Also, since you plan to see him in NYC his rates might be a bit higher now to compensate for the higher cost of doing business there.

Beancounter reacted to SouthOfTheBorder in Avoid Furry_wolf - Threatening behavior
I have no doubt that many providers are treated poorly by clients - either flaking, stalking and/or other inappropriate behavior. When things don’t go the clients way, then Karen comes out to get revenge - and that happens here, unfortunately.
I know of at least two members here that use this forum to actively stalk providers - they also stalk some other members here. Some have openly threatened people in these threads. Does that sound stable ?
Let’s be real - there are unstable members here, too. It’s not just some of the providers.

Another very positive opinion about RanchBaron:: a genuinely nice guy, and yes a bit chatty---but in my opinion, charming. Great body----not just for his age. Nicely masculine. I hope to see him again. He's also a masseur on another site.

Beancounter reacted to jeezifonly in The Importance of the Annual Physical
So many things that start out small and become huge, expensive, debilitating during treatment might have been caught ahead of the first sign of the worst.
For anyone over 45, it’s risky to ignore basic preventative care, even if out of pocket
Medicare covers annual wellness checks, but not annual physicals. Don’t know why.
Check w Drs office how they bill it and how the exams/tests differ. (For HIV treatment I get blood work 4x year billed as follow-up visits for which there is no copay)
We seniors also benefit from routine specialized visits for heart, skin, feet, gut, teeth, eyes…
Like Roxy Hart, I’m older than I ever intended to be

Beancounter reacted to dbar123 in The Importance of the Annual Physical
The”Wellness exam” is a bit of a charade for sure. My PCP experience would be far more useful if he was able to give me patient specific advice on how many calories I should be eating and what kinds of diet plans I should be following. When I ask these questions I get more of a blank stare.
