Interesting read.  Who knew there was a study being conducted on such a topic!  😂

Beancounter reacted to EZEtoGRU in Inflation continues to fall
Same old posters pushing the same old nonsense. Sheesh…it’s like a broken record. The reality is that huge headway has been made on the inflation front.  The rest will be slow-going.

Anyone that thinks the economic consequences of COVID are over with is clueless about what’s gone on.   Supply chain problems continue in a big way. Millions left the workforce either by choice or cause they died of COVID. Many places are still not fully staffed.  Think hotels, restaurants, retail stores, etc. Even factories continue to be understaffed. Nearly every place I drive by here in Michigan still has “Now Hiring” signs out.

When there is a shortage of workers, wages go up. Our local Burger King is paying $18/hr for full time workers and $16/hr for part time. This is much higher than the state-mandated minimum wage.  It’s just what they have to pay to get applicants. Otherwise, prospective employees feel it’s not worth their time.

We are still feeling the economic fallout from COVID…so making that final move down to 2% inflation will be slow-going.
don’t expect restaurant prices to fall as long as we continue to have a worker shortage in our country.

I hope the counterpoint affects you more than the original post. And don't get me wrong, I am not saying that you should go forward giving away money willy nilly.
I can say though, that the money, influence, and time I've given/lent to those I cared about in my life has rewarded me. The times I have been burned on the deal aren't significant enough to overshadow the times it worked out well.

Amazing.  Until reading this thread, it never would have occurred to me that potential clients who see my reviews might wonder why I didn't respond to the reviews and perhaps see it as a shortcoming on my part.  Incredible how we all live in our own heads!

I see no reason to publicly reply to any review of mine.
Privately, you thank someone.  Simple, kind, effective.
If you're writing a positive review just to get a visible pat on the head, that seems a little silly.

You're trying to infer a negative if a provider doesn't leave a response to a positive review left by another client.  You may as well admit that you're viewing every interaction with a provider as an adversarial encounter.  You're paying a guy to put his hands on your naked body to relax you, but you're getting worked up second guessing his actions from the time you first message him to how he responds to a review well after the session.   You seem to be more worried about getting your ego stroked than your nalgas.

What I am not here to do is to debate it.   It makes ZERO difference to me why her you believe it or not.   And asking the cost of a weekend or overnight sheds no light on whether a person can or can not afford the time, it’s simply a relative question.    I found most educated people would be asking the same questions to any professional who runs their Business like a Business.
And while there are some here who have an “Abundance of Money, I also know the ones that do have an “Abundance of Money” ni feel the need to discuss it or their worth.

I don’t have personal information to share on this couple; however I do have “heresay” information.  One of my best friends hired them and told me he had a great time.  I specifically remember my friend telling me that the African American guy’s cock was HUGE.  This seems to be true based on the profile pics.

I realize this isn’t much information to base a hiring decision on but this anecdotal information could be used to supplement any other information you find.

The link below provides an analysis of what the projected I-bond rate will be, both the fixed and variable rates.  It’s a fairly long video (22-23 minutes) but it explains how the rate projections are arrived at.

For those not wanting to watch the entire video this video projects the fixed rate to be 1.2% and the variable rate to be between 1.98% and 2.8% (I think).  I’d have to rewatch the video to see what the upper-end variable rate would be.

Interesting read.  I’m curious as to how this will play out.  Having sold a house and paying a 6% realtor fee, I always felt it was a bit excessive.  However, a good realtor is worth their weight in gold especially when it comes to the legal ramifications of selling property.  Bad realtors (and there are plenty) can cause a property owner numerous headaches.
