I think you have to be realistic and lower your expectations to a degree. if you see an ad with a guy who is super ripped, veins a poppin'... you need to realize that is a difficult state to maintain 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Those super ripped model quality pics are them at their peak where they push themselves specifically for the professional photo shoot.
There are a few who have the discipline to maintain that look but its draining and most can't.
As long as what they represent in their ad isn't drastically different to than what they look like in person... I'm ok with it. Meaning if he is muscular and ripped in the ad, I still expect him to be muscular but not necessarily as ripped as his photos. Unless you meet them right before or after the photoshoot or before/after a bodybuilding/fitness contest, most won't look ripped to shreds.

This isn't actually something new, many countries have been doing this over the last decade (including the EU). It's only recently that the States have expanded this for sex workers.
The technology was initially designed to stop child sex abusers and traffickers. The EU, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand all use this technology and share databases.
The idea was that a global database of known offenders would be used to stop entry by border control in these countries, in this instance the information in the database was not voluntary given.
The US expanded it to stop a) prostitution (as is illegal in USA) and b) while pornography and only fans is legal many visitors don't have a work visa and simply travel on ESTAs and don't pay taxes on income earned. The adult film industry is huge in the USA (approx $200 billion USD), which is bigger than the economy of Kuwait and Luxembourg! The expansion of the technology was to combat these two issues. 
The EU can say this is an overreach but they provided some of the data too. US is a sovereign country and is free to enforce the above two laws as they wish. Only a Supreme Court ruling or legislation change by Congress can make changes to the practice, but I doubt that would happen.
 

Okay, if you're emailing people and avoiding texting, there's a good chance they're not seeing your messages or by the time they do they're already booked. Most providers prefer texting, so if you're sticking to email, you're going to get left behind. 

Just curious, but how do you know if you’ve been put on a “no re-hire” list? Did the provider tell you not to contact him again, or give some other indication that he won’t see you again? 
I’m just asking in case you might be reading more into this than intended. Hopefully that’s the case! 

That is strange, I have declined booking a repeat when a provider returned to my area several times without them refusing future bookings.  I always said thanks for reaching out but I'm unable to book at the time, and feel free to reach out when they were in town again.  They've always been willing to book when they visited my area another time, and I'm not some high-rolling client.
Based on your recent posts you do seem to be having an unusual amount of difficulty navigating the hiring process.  I'm not sure why that would be the case if you've approached the situations as you've stated.

let’s be honest here,  
the term “preferences” started being used in the realm of sex, dating and hookups to as a means to soften what’s really taking place, which is bias, and a plethora of “isms” . It was a way for people to make their prejudices sound less offensive. For example, a guy saying on a hook up app… “no black guys, and no Asians” appears flat out racist….but adding the phrase “just a preference”,  gives the false illusion that the person is free from bias…. 
To give some accurate historical  context of the phrase:
”Just a Preference”, became the catch phrase of white men with bias, as a way to excuse the social protest that  racial and other minorities made against “no blacks, no asians, not fats, and no fems”, from apps such as Grindr. 
Now going back to you….
I see nothing “wrong”, with your preference for circumcised penises. And I agree that people shouldn’t be judged for their preferences. 
But if someone’s preference is rooted in bias, then they aren’t exonerated from being called out for it. And calling the people who address it “judgmental” loses its validity, the moment you call uncut penises “gross”, as that is a judgment too. 
 
 

In my experience any i saw who listed as verse or verse bottom has absolutely been willing to bottom. You shouldn't exlude verse if what you're looking for is difficult to find.
As an aside.. I don't hire as many verse/tops or tops only as i used to. However, even some of those who list top only have been willing to bottom. It comes down to chemistry and the comfortability between the client and provider.

To the OP, I think you're doing the right thing by keeping the conversation professional and not engaging in some ot the talk amongst your clients in common.
In my experience, I have had long term providers tell me a lot of stuff. Things like deeply personal stuff; their dealings with potential and current clients; and their dealings with other escorts. I don't repeat what they tell me to anyone. Inturn, I usually don't go into great detail about my encounters with other providers. Even after specific providers shared all this info about whatever, I resisted doing so for a long time.
The one time I decided to share info, it lead to one provider recounting information inaccurately to another. I believer that ultimately caused a riff between me and one of my long term providers. I mean it wasn't the only thing, but this provider kept bring back up this info even after I told him it was inaccurate. He just never seemed to want to let it go. I think from that point on our working relationship went down hill.
Since then I have gone back into not sharing my encounters with other providers. If I do share any info it's extremely vague and I never share the escorts name. I truly believe, although some providers are genuinely interested in hearing the exploits of their clients, there are also those who get offended or maybe even jealous hearing the info. So it's best to keep that info very surface.
