I like #1.  It is the kind of face you might get in response to the Question:  Will you meet me in the bathroom so I can fuck you?   Seems like he considered it and decided on yes.

No one prepared me for how difficult it is to direct a urinary stream as you get older. In the house I just sold, I had a urinal and that made for an easy and clean urination.  I miss that urinal about as much as I miss the bowl these days.

I am not sure a rectal exam on an eighteen year old is a usual part of a routine physical exam.  I would not blame your Dad for not warning you but I do look askance at the doctor, unless you had a referable complaint.  On the other hand, a testicular examination is warranted given the peak ages for testicular cancer is teens to thirties.

Was it from a doctor or from a friend?  You might not be prepared for either.

This degree of anemia is inconsequential for the most part as long as there are no related symptoms.  It may be related to drugs or simply a result of aging process, chronic disease or mild bone marrow suppression from other causes.  As long as you are not symptomatic and as long as this is not worsening, this is not anything to get concerned about unduly.  Have your blood count checked regularly and perhaps a reticulocyte count to make sure your body is producing enough new red blood cells.  An MCV value may shed some light as to the cause and it is usually reported with the complete blood count.  Should the count continue to fall significantly or if symptoms appear, then a full evaluation would be warranted.  It does not seem as though your physician felt too much concern but perhaps you should have a brief discussion with your provider as to the nature of your concern.
As SirBillybob suggested, stopping the drug might give you an answer as to whether it is the cause of this mild anemia, but the risk of that is certainly greater than the mild degree of anemia you now have.

While I can understand that you do not want to cause a stir while alive by informing friends and family of your inclinations, I wonder what your rationale is for keeping that secret to the grave.  I think that most closeted men have friends and family who have some idea that there are additional aspects to the life that those men have presented to the world.  Do you believe that the truth of those details would tarnish your post mortem image?  Do you think that they would wonder why you were not honest about it?  Do you feel that those you leave behind will be shocked or angry or feel betrayed?
As for me, I have not made any arrangements for my computers, telephone or other devices.  While I would not invite my friends and family to come and read my posts here while I am alive, I think they might gather insight into me reading those posts after I am gone.  I doubt anyone would be interested in all 15000 or so postings.  I must admit however, I have stumbled across posts fromyears priors and some of them are almost like reading something someone else wrote.  I have considered getting them all printed out and making an erotic autobiography for my enjoy and hopefully for the enjoyment of others.  After all, many people enjoy a scandalous recount of the exploits of the recently departed.

It is interesting that several of the posters mention they consider the escort a friend.  Friends exchange gifts usually.  Employed personnel receive gifts.   So if you are exchanging gifts, then by all means give a nice gift and accept what is given in return.  If there is no return, give yourself the gift of realizing that the escort in question is not your friend but an employee and for future gifting, keep that in mind.  Being generous is a wonderful trait, but be clear as to the nature of the relationship you have with the person to whom you are giving the gift.

I left NJ and moved to Palm Springs where I knew few people and none of them really well.  Most of them were known to me from this forum or the Palm Springs weekends.  It has been 10 months and I am very glad I made such a drastic move at an age when most are moving into adult living facilities.  I have a house I like.  I left the RoUTine I was in in NJ.  I started going to the gym.  I bought season tickets to community theater.  I have invited friends to come and spend a week with me.  I have made a few acquaintances and one or two friends along with the ones I already knew.  In some ways, it has been difficult, but by leaving a known life and taking up in a completely new environment, I have become less lonely.  My dogs are company in the house and they force me to go out to get them food and toys and exercise.  I joined a dating app and have had several sexual encounters with men I have met from there.  I have been more vigorous about hiring but by the hour and not overnight so shorter meetings but more frequent.  I call my friends more often and text others more regularly.
If you are traveling through Palm Springs, give me a call and we can get a drink or a coffee or just a visit.
I do not know that such a drastic change would have worked for everyone but it has for me.

I refused to eat spinach when I was child.  My mother encouraged me to eat it but it just seemed gross.  After my older brother convinced me to try it and then say I did not care for it, my mother would stop bothering me about it.  Well, i tried it, I liked it and that was the end of it.
Rimming was something I did not enjoy until I tried it.  It is not in my top ten of things to do, but I have tried it and I know when I want to do it or if my partners wants me to do it, I have the ability to proceed without it being an issue.  To those who have not tried it, I recommend coming over to the dark side, at least for a trial run.  https://music-memes.getyarn.io/yarn-clip/2e3cf94e-5ad7-4779-aa72-8a262182083e/gif

Both the written porn and the videos might be donated to a adult book store.  I do not know if there are any here in Palm Springs who accept such donations but there were several in NYC that I know of and I imagine LA and SF both have such emporia.  Also, an ad in a gay centric or porn centric site on line might find that jerk off material a good home.

Of course you wouldn’t know my whole life story so to add a little more detail. I took an early retirement at 50 because I was in a position to not have to rely on a steady pay check. I sold my house and moved back to Montreal, my hometown. I bought a condo in the Gay Village and found a house in Miami to spend my winters. So that was my big change, like yours in a way but taken earlier.

After five years I tired of the Miami situation so as I had inherited a house north of Montreal in the country I started spending more time there and got a dog.

Another five years later I moved my principal residence to a small town in Ontario and sold the condo in Montreal. I got a second dog as I now had a house with a large lot. And so it went. The two dogs aged out eventually and I am now living alone with a quieter life but with trips to Toronto and Montreal to liven things up.

But I belong to several volunteer organizations and stay busy that way on a regular basis. My health is good and I swim regularly at my club. When I hit my 80’s in a couple of years who knows what that will bring! I hope I can still see escorts regularly as I do now. In this forum I imagine I am one of the busier members in that regard. It costs a fortune but I have no-one to leave my money to as my siblings are all well off.

So at this point I am content with things as they are.

Well I guess that is one philosophy.  I, on the other hand, had what one might say was a content life and I decided, as a man of considerable age, that the man I was at 21 who took off to live in a foreign land not knowing the language, was still inside of me.  So I sold my house and moved across country to find a different and hopefully better life.  I succeeded.  Some of us are content with the routine of our life and others believe there is a lot of RoUTine, rut in routine.  I am happy that your life is perfect for you.  For me, staying put would have been making the resolution to not make any drastic changes. It seems safe, predictable but for me ultimately unexciting. Most people that I know me were dismayed at my decision to make such a drastic change.  It is likely that many if not  more of the posters here would agree with you interpretation.  However, life is change, for all of us and some are willing to try for a big change, even in their eighth decade.  .
