Overused and empty words

Instead of saying you're welcome people say no problem.

Except that's also common in other languages. Spanish ("de nada") and French ("de rien") translate to "it's nothing" which is similar to "no problem." In German it can be "nichts zu danken" which literally means "nothing to thank me for" (though it's much more common to hear "bitte" - "please").

I have to admit I'm guilty of "no prob" - which Greg may consider even worse than "no problem" lol.

...that said, I am nonplussed how the threads in the Forum very rarely develop organically.

That's because there is literally no incentivization to holistically lean in toward an organic ecosphere in near-state and target state convergence...

craft beer.......hand-crafted cocktail.......small batch........locally sourced.........farm-to-table........sustainable.......

and menu prices listed as just a number or, worse, with a single decimal point (without a dollar sign).... 10 or 9.5....oh you guys are sooo cool and hip!

Hahaha. At one restaurant, a friend looked around and said "It looks like an art bomb exploded in here." Another, a different friend said "This place is just oozing trendiness."

We’ve started an unofficial drinking game in our house: any time “uncertain times” or “unprecedented” comes up we have to drink. While it’s fun, I really am tired of these and any other way to describe our times.

What's it like to be intoxicated before noon every day? ;)
