+ Lucky
glutes could have found that old thread, but my search did not. It was a million pages long but does provide some historical perspective. Anyway, it's a Christmas gift from the Middle east. My local Costco is offering regular at $3.27.9, and I am pleased. Never thought I would say that! It's down a good 40 cents rather quickly. + glutes
Luv2play
When I was spending my winters in Florida at the turn of the century (God how old does that make you feel), I was spending $1.27 for premium gas for my car (which requires it) in North Miami. Now admittedly, in SOBE the price was about $1.36 but in places likw Georgia it was so much less, just over $1.00 But then oil was well under $30 a barrel then. How times have changed! The question to ask is, has your income gone up 300% like the price of gasoline?
KMEM
2.89 or less for regular in MEM. Best regards, KMEM

Lookin
Here's the old thread, started a decade ago by Talvin DiMachio. http://www.maleescortreview.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif I regret not hiring him before he retired, and I regret not buying more gas when it was under two bucks in San Francisco. http://www.maleescortreview.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif And 89¢ in Virginia! Yikes!! Well here in Virginia now, we just crossed the magic $3.00 barrier. Here in Richmond, effective yesterday, we are now at $2.99. Never thought I'd be so happy to see it at $2.99 but it was sure nice to see now.
OneFinger
When I left my 2nd home in Portland this week the price was about $3.45 / gallon. Gas prices at my "other" home in Salt Lake City are $2.95 / gallon. One of my first jobs as a teenager was selling gas. The price was 25 cents / gallon for credit cards and 20 cents / gallon for cash. And, that was full service where we'd clean the windows, check the oil, fluff the tires, and pump the gas. I think I still have the black bow tie they made us wear and the funny little hat with the station's name on it.
+ deej
Hang on to the tie and the hat. Sounds like a good stripper costume! I was stunned to find $3.59 in Simi Valley, CA last week. But I'm glad to see it that low!
+ azdr0710
about 2.97 at the local Costco....Tucson is, usually, the lowest in the nation, usually.....Memphis seems lower nowadays, apparently

KMEM
about 2.97 at the local Costco....Tucson is, usually, the lowest in the nation, usually.....Memphis seems lower nowadays, apparently MEM has a chance of being near the lowest. We have river barges (cheap transport) and a local refinery. The local taxes (TN and MEM) have a good deal to do with it. Folks don't often realize (or care) that transporting a gallon of gas increases the cost. The point being the further one is from the refinery or delivery point, the more costly the fuel (usually). OneFinger
Hang on to the tie and the hat. Sounds like a good stripper costume! Believe me, at my age and body situation, you don't want to see me as a stripper. But, I can think of a couple of guys I'd like to see wearing only the bow tie and hat. leigh.bess.toad
WTF???? Yesterday, I paid $2.99 for gas. I was driving by the same stations today, it was at $3.15. Sixteen cents increase in one day?? WTF???

JoeyBryant
I've seen 2.94, and of course Texas and Wyoming has some of the cheapest with their refineries all over the place. But hell, some people make it seem that because gas is falling; escorts are supposed to follow in suit.
+ Axiom2001
As of December 27, 2011, in the Monterey, CA area and other parts of California, I'm having to pay upwards to $3.88 for premium petro. Damn, I wish the prices would go down as low as $2.50 per gallon. I would be spending a fortune if i were still commuting to work!
Tommygunzz
We were driving home from a party on Monday night, 12/26, and I noticed gas was $2.89. When I pulled in the next morning, it had jumped to $3.09. We are in a suburb of Dallas. WTF! That's crazy.
leigh.bess.toad
As I was driving into work this morning, the gas at the station just outside the office park was $3.15. Today when I left it was $3.09. These swings are positively nuts.
