That could lead to some more serious battery in the US. I wonder how they got the consent of the victim to be filmed. Maybe laws are different in Canada.

We do take seriously and enforce our hate crime laws, plus most of these bloopers are filmed in Quebec which has a more relaxed culture than the rest of the country but I don't think it would be much different. They probably got consent not long after they left the stairs.
